When Zachary Fairchild came out of the bathroom, Olivia Wynne wasn't asleep. Instead, she was leaning against the headboard, playing on her phone.
Drying his hair, Zachary walked over quickly. "Why aren't you asleep yet?"
"I'm about to."
Olivia said, turning off her phone and casually placing it on the bedside table.
Zachary's pitch-black eyes were fixed on Olivia as he strode toward the bed.
His gaze landed on her exposed collarbone, and his eyes darkened.
Standing by the bed, he leaned over, his handsome face drawing close to Olivia.
He stopped just an inch from her face.
Looking up, she was met with Zachary's flawless, handsome face. Olivia felt her heart pound as if it would leap out of her chest. She instinctively leaned back and averted her eyes, trying to escape his gaze.
Zachary reached out and wrapped a hand around Olivia's neck, holding her firmly so that her face was turned toward his.
"Olivia."
Olivia didn't look up.
"Hm?"
