Watching Ethan Quinn do his character photoshoot was a treat.
When he gazed at the camera, his eyes held an inviolable, cold nobility. It was no wonder so many staff members were swooning on the sidelines.
Lord seized the chance to sidle over again, an eager, fawning smile on his face. "Ms. Lockhart, are you busy later?"
Amelia Lockhart shook her head without a second thought. "I'm just an idler. When I have nothing to do, I usually hang around the set as an extra. Is there something you need my help with?"
As she spoke, Amelia Lockhart's eyes sparkled, and she seemed to eagerly await his next words.
Most of the time Lord sought her out, it was about Ethan Quinn.
So she was more than happy to help.
Lord glanced at Ethan Quinn, who was already completely engrossed in his work. Only then did Lord lean closer to Amelia Lockhart and say, "If you're free later, Ms. Lockhart, could you go to Quinn's house and make him some porridge? The same kind as last time would be perfect!"
