"This technology is a secret of your Lizard-man race, isn't it? And you're just willing to trade it away?" Lin Yu was baffled by the Lizard-man's attitude. He had expected a vicious battle to break out after the creature revealed its true form, not that it would still be thinking about a trade.
"Never mind that. Just tell me what you have to offer! You're not at the Lord Service Center right now, so you must be a lord resting up after returning from the competition. What could you possibly have to offer?" The Lizard-man waved dismissively, cutting off Lin Yu's questions.
"And another thing! Don't call me a Lizard-man. I'm a Dragon-man!!"
Lin Yu had a pretty good idea of what was going on. The technology was probably ill-gotten, or the Lizard-men's homeworld had already developed something better and no longer cared about this technique for manufacturing low-level Spiritual Crystals.
