"I may not have my memories, but I'm not an idiot!" Xiao Mei said softly, forcing a smile as the two looked over at her.
"Then why haven't you been talking?" Zhou Fan asked, very confused. He had assumed that having her memories erased had turned her into a simpleton.
"I don't know. But I know you two are showing off your love," Xiao Mei said flatly, her delicate brows knitting together slightly.
Hearing this, Zhou Fan gently nudged Chen Yao, signaling for her to ask Xiao Mei to hand her the wine.
"Xiao Mei, can you hand me that wine?" Chen Yao asked with a smile, understanding Zhou Fan's intent. She also held out a hand.
However, Xiao Mei remained completely unmoved by Chen Yao's words, as if she hadn't heard a thing. She continued to focus on cooking the meat in the hot pot.
"She's still like this," Chen Yao said in a low voice, turning her head and pouting.
