Wu Ting hadn't expected Long Jie to know so much about him.
"Long Jie, as a matter of principle, my third and fourth stages are still in the preclinical trial phase. For now, at least, I won't risk putting you through the related Phase III or IV treatments."
From Wu Ting's tactful refusal, Long Jie read between the lines.
Long Jie blinked.
"So, Director Wu, does your research project really offer hope for a complete cure for late-stage, hepatitis B-related primary liver cancer?"
Wu Ting didn't deny it.
"Here's the plan, Long Jie. We'll start with conservative treatment to extend your survival time and improve your quality of life as much as possible. Right now, my research team and I are working day and night on the preclinical trials for Fengmu Tiada. I believe it won't be long before we can enter Phase III clinical trials."
