Ken Young's daughter, Georgia Young, stood by the hospital bed. Her face was cold as she tightly gripped her father's uninjured hand, not saying a word.
Ken Young took a deep breath, barely managing to calm himself. "I'm not dropping the case. I will not drop it. If you've got the guts, go on and kill yourselves right here. Conveniently, we're in a hospital. They'll save you if they can, and if they can't, you can go straight to the crematorium. When your son and daughter get out, they can come burn incense for you together."
Hearing this, the Hale couple's eyes went wide with astonishment. They couldn't believe their usually gentle, weak, and easily manipulated son-in-law had suddenly become so forceful.
