By the time Mason Crawford walked into the office at the police station, Xavier Lockwood had already found the officer in charge of the case.
After briefly explaining why he was there, Xavier Lockwood opened his laptop and showed everyone Forezen's internal system.
"I personally integrated Forezen's corporate structure, and I personally oversaw the development of its system, piece by piece. When I built it, I also created a reserve system. Simply put, any external intrusion that modifies data will only leave traces in the public-facing system. The reserve system, however, retains the original, untouched data. I'm going to show you both systems now so you can see exactly what was altered by an outside party and what the original data looked like."
Hearing this, the investigators immediately grew alert and gathered around.
Xavier Lockwood was involved as one of Forezen's administrators and was now providing such crucial evidence. They had no choice but to take him seriously.
