"Dana," Lady Effer started, her head raised.
Princess Dana shook her head. "We need to hold a meeting with the court this instant. All of them. The officials and noble heads and—"
Prince Fashire, who had been mostly silent, finally spoke. "The officials, perhaps. But all the noble heads? That is a terrible idea, and you know it."
Dana whirled on him. "You cannot be serious. This is a crucial matter. We have held countless meetings with the whole court in secret."
