Stein walks down a heavily guarded hallway. He smokes a cigarette carefree of the environment. He opens a door and a tall man with short grey hair is sitting at a desk.
??: "Welcome to the Oval Office…Einstein Schmidt."
Stein: "People just call me stein…"
Stein gets a message on his phone from Connie. He chuckles at the message and puts his phone away
Harris: "You said you had a proposal for me…it seems you have cut ties with Tami Cujack…"
Stein: "I found someone else willing to my price…too bad you couldn't afford my expertise…hehe"
Harris: "I know…but you at least were kind enough to cooperate with us in dealing with the oncoming crisis"
Stein: "And what's that?…"
Harris throws a file infornt of stein. Stein opens it and his cigarette drops from his lips. He stares at the file as sweat starts to form on his forehead
Harris: "Tami Cujack has gathered the remaining remains of Eve. We speculate that those remains aren't eves due to the state of the remains…"
Stein: "She's really going through with it…well…the G.O.D has just came in contact with the remains of Adam just the other day."
Harris: "We know…Kora Mahrogu is very noticeable…but our enemies have allies that are way too strong…"
Stein: "isn't the U.S government affiliated with S.A.O.S.N.P? Why are you so concerned with what she's doing now."
Harris stands and walks over to a book shelf. He pulls a book and the shelf moves into the wall revealing a door. Harris walks in and stein follows behind
Harris: "I don't want to be involved with that deranged woman…what she does is unconstitutional and highly immoral…but the republicans want to use Tami Cujack with the idea that she will create a super weapon or creature that can end all wars…"
Stein: "So you want me to stop her from doing that? I think you have high expectations for me-"
Harris: "You're a genius stein. The smartest man to be born in the last 500 years…I fear that me losing this reelection could be the downfall for the American people…and the people of the world…I'm not asking you to be the hero of the story…I'm asking you to find a way to get rid of the greater evil."
Stein: "That's a lot of pressure…aren't you sure you don't want to have this conversation with Connie Warri?…this seems like something up his alley."
Harris: "He's a busy man. He runs the G.O.D and the Osaka Police Department by himself…you're the second best option."
Stein lights a new cigarette and blows smoke into the air. Harris turns down to a podium in the middle of the room
Stein: "What is that…?"
Harris: "This is the original Declaration of Independence. Signed by my great great great grandfather…I keep it here to remind myself that no matter how hard things get…our forefathers had a vision for us and it's my job to make that vision reality."
Stein: "I really don't get you Americans…freedom this freedom that…it's all so goofy…but I see your heart is in the right place…just last night our operation team collected the right hand of Adam…with some slight injuries and a few deaths…it was a success. So you can sleep tight Mr. President…I'll keep things moving forward for you."
Harris: "You're a good man stein…I thank you and the entire G.O.D on behalf of the American people. You're a true hero."
Harris holds his hand out. Stein stares at it for a second before shaking his hand
Harris: "I know of your traumatic past…your father was a great man. This path may lead to some familiar faces…do not hesitate for anything."
Steins eyes falter a bit before he reaches into his pocket and grabs another cigarette. He puts it between his lips and lights it
Stein: "right…"
[Berlin Germany, 1999]
A ten year old boy is sitting under an apple tree reading a book. Another young girl approaches him and throws an apple at him
Stein: "Hey?! What the hell was that for?!"
Tori: "That's for abandoning me with those bullies! You're a terrible big brother!"
Stein: "I frankly don't care. Mother and fatrher have already told you to stay away from that playground…"
Tori huffs and stumps away back towards the house. After awhile a woman with long silver hair walks over to him and crouches down infront of him
Marylin: "Einstein…were you being mean to your sister yet again?"
Stein looks up at her and sighs.
Stein: "I was only telling her the truth mother…she doesn't listen!"
Marylin: "She's your twin sister Stein…but you were born a minute before her therefore you must be a good big brother."
Stein: "But mother-!"
Marylin: "Nu uh uh! No buts! Your father is on a important business trip…so you have to be a good example for Torilyn while you're father is away…plus I know you care for her deep down in that big brain of yours…"
Stein: "Alright…alright…i understand mother…"
Marylin smiles before standing up and dusting her hands off
Marylin: "Good boy. Now I'm going to start dinner soon, so come back into the house in a few minutes."
Stein: "Alright mother…"
Marylin smiles and begins walking back towards the house. Stein stares at the sky in deep thought before a raindrop hits his forehead. He walks back toward the house and opens the door…the inside is eerily quiet
Stein: "Mother?! Tori? Why is everyone so quiet…"
He walks through the halls of the house looking for his mother and sister. He flicks a light switch and the light doesn't turn on. He walks through the halls as it storms outside. He smells the familiar scent of his fathers cologne and he runs toward the living room
Stein: "Father?! You're home so early-"
He steps into the room and his heart drops. His mother lays motionless on the ground while a man with white and black hair stares down at Stein. The man's greens eyes shine brightly in the dimly lit room
???: "The Mahrogu clan sends their regards…"
Stein: "W-what…m-mother?…"
The man walks over to stein and crouches down infront of him. He holds his hands out and hands him a cigarette
??: "To take the pain away."
The man stands up and walks past stein. A group of roaches swarm around the man until he completely vanishes into the roaches. Stein stares at the cigarette than his mother. Tori walks in and she stands behind stein with an empty expression
Tori: "Mommy's dead…"
Tears drop from steins face but he stays completely in shock. Tori walks over to stein and cry's into his chest
Stein: "Mahrogu…I will kill them all."
[Present day]
Stein stares down at the cigarette in his hand as he stands in the middle of the White House's lawn
Stein: "What a terrible day for rain…"
