Markus sits in a room full to the brim with random weapons and women. He sits on a pile of pillows eating a fig while Tatski stands awkwardly infront of him with Kora.
Markus: "Due to your sudden arrival lady Hiem wants to speak with you!"
Tatski: "Lady Hiem?"
Kora: "Lady Hiem is our clan's oldest living member…she is around 298 years of age"
Tatski: "Woah! That's crazy!"
Markus chuckles before the doors swing open and a tiny old lady walks through the door holding a glass ball
Lady Hiem: "So my prediction was true after all…you really are alive…"
Lady Hiem walks over to Tatski and grabs her face examining her features. Tatski sits there uncomfortably and confused at the actions
Markus: "Leave her alone you old bat.."
Lady Hiem: "Oh shut up you degenerate!"
Lady Hiem lets Tatski go and clears her throat
Lady Hiem: "You look exactly like your mother…"
Tatski: "My mother? I barely know who I am…"
Lady Hiem: "Huh? Hmm seems like that pesky Cujacks doings…Markus remove the amnesia."
Markus: "Whatever…"
Markus waves his hand and Tatskis eyes widen as her memories flood her head. Tears swelll in her eyes as she realizes what she did at the facility and her family
Lady Hiem: "Seems like it worked…"
Tatski: "Where am I."
Lady Hiem: "The Mahrogu clan estate. You are the heir to the family and we brought you back home after 120 years…"
Tatski: "What are you talking about? 120 years? Nothing is adding up! I'm so confused!"
Markus stands up and stretches his arms
Markus: "I'll explain it."
[Nagoya Japan, 1882]
A girl in her late teens walks a basket of flowers toward her fathers shop. Her long white hair folded up behind her and her green eyes shining in the sunlight her father looks over at her and sighs
Kan: "Yusami what did I tell you about picking those flowers…they bring nothing but bad luck"
Yusami: "You may think they bring bad luck father but I see them as a misunderstood symbol of peace…"
Kan: "Those flowers have caused nothing but trouble in our clan…the Mahrogu clan are a powerful group but those flowers somehow bring misfortune to us."
Yusami: "You worry too much father! My mother named me after these here flowers so I don't see a problem with them one bit!"
Her father sighs realizing there's no point in arguing with her. His white hair is stained with dirt and metal shavings. He continues making swords while Yusami walks off and sits by a river washing her hands. She hears someone else using the river down stream and she slowly walks over and peaks over a bush to see a boy with all white hair and green eyes sitting by the river cleaning blood from his hands
Yusami: "He's definitely a Mahrogu…but he doesn't seem to belong to any of the families in the village…maybe he's lost…"
Yusami walks over and the boy jumps up holding a bloody sword. Yusami jumps back in fear at the sight of the sword. The man keeps his distance and doesn't come any closer
Kenji: "I told you people I'll leave already! Stop harassing me damnit!"
Yusami: "Woah woah woah! Calm down I'm not here to attack you! My name is Yusami Mahrogu…you seemed like you're stressed out…"
Kenji: "Yusami…you're the daughter of Kan the Mahrogus head and blacksmith…"
Yusami: "Yeah I am…"
Kenji: "You will do no good for me….i will take my leave and leave you people alone…"
Yusami: "Wait! Don't go…can you at least tell me what your name is?"
Kenji stares at Yusami and scowls. But he sees her genuine expression and lets his gaurd down
Kenji: "Kenji…Mahrogu…"
Yusami: "So you are apart of the clan…ive never seen you before who are your parents?"
Kenji: "I…don't want to talk about it…"
Yusami sits by the river and pats the ground next to her. Kenji hesitates for a second before sitting next to her keeping his distance
Kenji: "My mothers name is Cai and my father is…Kelchi…"
Yusamis eyes widen for a second before she catches herself and takes a deep breath calming herself
Yusami: "The great betrayer is your father…that makes a lot of sense."
Kenji: "Now that you know that I'll have no choice but to flee…it was nice meeting you but this is goodbye."
Kenji starts to stand up but Yusami grabs his arm and pulls him back down. She looks at him with a serious expression
Yusami: "why would you leave? Stay and let's have a chat! I've been so lonely since father doesn't let me wander far from the estate…"
Kenji: "I mean you're basically royalty in our clan…plus you're destined to be the reincarnation of Eve…that puts a big target on your back…"
Yusami: "Yeah I know…my father tells me that people would try to kidnap me so they can use my power…"
Kenji: "And what's the power? I've ever heard of it in the scriptures from our ancestors.."
Yusami swipes her hand on the ground creating flowers. She drops her hand into the river and it begins to flow backwards
Yusami: "My power is creation…our ancestor used the power to create our lives…she used it to bring life into our country…life into our world.."
Kenji stares in awe. He fully drops his gaurd and relaxes next to her
Kenji: "But with creation comes destruction…"
Yusami: "My mother once told me the story of Adam and Eve…Eve was said to create all knowledge and give the humans of this world consciousness to advance their civilizations…while Adam destroyed civilizations who he deemed unworthy in living in a perfect world created by his love…"
Kenji: "So Adam destroyed everything he didn't like…great. Well since you possess the powers of Eve shouldn't there be a man who has the power of Adam?"
Yusami: "Yes that's how natural law goes…but it's rare that someone is born with Adam's powers and more rare for someone to be his reincarnation. Eve is reincarnated as the first daughter of the head of the clan. Adam can only be reincarnated with someone with so much…evil in their heart…only someone that horrifyingly evil can be Adam."
Kenji sits up staring at his hands. He opens his mouth to speak but no words come out. A pair of footsteps appear behind them and a young lady Hiem is holding her staff staring intensely at the two
Lady Hiem: "My prediction was right yet again…the daughter of the clan head dabbling with the son of the devil."
Yusami: "Grandma that's not funny!"
Lady Hiem stares at Kenji as he stands up putting his sword on his hip. Yusami watches with a look of confusion
Kenji: "I'll be going now…"
Yusami: "Huh?! Why?! Stay! Don't let my granny's words get the better of you!"
Kenji: "What she said was true…I am the son of the devil…"
Yusami tilts her head in confusion before standing up and staring at him
Yusami: "What do you mean?.."
Kenji: "My father is Kelchi Ta Marogu…as you know he is the betrayer…but do you know how he got that name…"
Yusami: "Didn't he turn his back on the clan? Like break away and make his own faction?"
Kenji: "No…he was exiled because…he was the reincarnation of Adam…the man who killed Kandi Mahrogu."
Yusamis eyes widen. She backs away and stands next to lady Hiem. Kenji grits his teeth and begins walking away
Yusami: "His father…killed grandpa?…"
Lady Hiem: "His father was a ruthless killer. One of our greatest soldiers…but that lust for battle drive him mad…resulting in adam reincarnating in him."
Yusami watches Kenji vanish into the dense forest. She stares down at the flowers she created and sighs
Later that night Kenji is sleeping under a tree when all of the sudden he hears branches and leaves cracking…he sits up instantly and draws his sword
Kenji: "I'm not afraid of you…I will kill every single last one of you…"
The bushes behind him start shaking and he lunges forward stabbing into the bush. His sword digs into a tree and he looks down and sees Yusami standing there frightened. He sees a bowl of bread and water in her hands
Yusami: "You seemed like you wanted something to eat…"
Kenji sits against a tree and eats the bread. Yusami sits across from him with a serious expression
Kenji: "What's with the look…"
Yusami: "I'm mad at you…hmph!"
Kenji stares at her pouting face blankly before laughing
Kenji: "That's a terrible mad face…look I understand what my father did is…terrible. And I'm not going to sit here and defend him…but-"
Yusami: "Shut up! I already forgave you"
Kenji: "What…"
Yusami: "Let's be friends!"
Kenji: "Wha- huh- what?!"
Yusami: "Friends like we hang out together, eat together drink together! That kinda stuff!"
Kenji blinks at her with a look of shock and confusion…he looks down at the bread and water and shakes his head
Kenji: "Sure…"
Yusami: "Great!"
After that their friendship went on for many years. Doing new adventures with each other making their bond stronger than ever…until tragedy
[Nagoya Japan, December 31 1888]
Yusami is laying in a dimly lit room holding her pregnant belly. Kenji walks into the room and sits next to her holding her hand
Yusami: "I should be due any moment now…what shall we name it?"
Kenji: "If it's a boy we will name it after your grandfather…but if it's a girl we shall name her after your mother…"
Yusami: "Tatski Mahrogu is a wonderful name…"
Lady Hiem and three other women walk into the room. Lady Hiem sighs and crouches down examining Yusami
Lady Hiem: "I feel like Hiem is a better suiting name hehe…"
Yusami laughs before a sharp pain comes from her stomach. She stars going into labor screaming loudly. Lady Hiem and the other women waste no time and begins preparing for the birth
After 8 long hours Yusami lays half unconscious crying staring at her freshly born baby girl…Kenji smiles but that smile is short lived as 3 armed men walk into the room.
Kenji: "I see…Yusami i will be back."
Yusami: "Don't do it…please I need you…our baby needs you!"
Kenji: "If I don't then they will kill you and our child…"
Kenji stands up and walks out the room with the men. Lady Hiem bows her head in sorrow as she knows what's to come.
Kenji walks out the estate to find 12 armed men standing in the courtyard. One man steps up and holds his sword handle
Ma: "You gave birth to a cursed child…you betrayed your family…you put your poisonous seed into the late heads daughter…that sin is unforgivable…punishable by nothing more than death. Bare your arms and die like a true worry…Kenji Mahrogu. The son of the devil."
Kenji: "I understand what my father did all those years ago was wrong…and I'll take any punishment for his sins…but when you threaten my wife and my child…that's when I get angry…the only ones who will be dying is you, Ma the terrible."
Kenji draws his sword and black flames wrap around the blade. All the men draw their blades and Ma draws his sword and pistol
Kenji: "A true warrior doesn't rely on guns…his swordsmanship should tell the tale of his true strength."
Ma laughs before the men rush him all at once. Kenji dodges swiftly not getting cut by a single blade. He swings his sword and cuts one of the men in the throat
Kenji: "Burn."
The man erupts in black flames from the cut and he falls back to the ground burning and dead. The other men rush cautiously while swinging their blades. Kenji grabs one of their blades and throws the blade back at the man hitting his neck
Kenji continues cutting through the men until one man catches him off gaurd and stabs him through the chest in the back. He coughs up blood and stumbles forward. Ma steps forward grinning ear to ear
Ma: "Seems like your luck has finally run out…this is goodbye."
Kenji: "Flumé"
Black fire burst from his body burning the surrounding area and people. Ma thrashes in pain as the fire hits his face. Kenji takes this as the opportunity to finish the battle but as he begins to lunge towards Ma a soldier drags out Yusami and the new born pushing them to the ground. Yusami clutches the baby tightly as she hits the ground
Kenji: "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOURE DOING?!"
Kenji begins to run forward towards Yusami but Ma holds up his pistol and shoots him through the back of the head. He falls to the ground dead…Yusami screams in fear and sorrow at the loss of her husband
Ma: "Now then…time for the baby…"
Yusamis eyes widen and she begins running out of the courtyard into the forest below
Ma: "Don't just stand there! After her!"
The men follow behind her through the forest…she crests a small basket to put the baby in and holds it to her chest…she runs toward a river and trips landing infront of it…
The armed men start closing in…fast.
Soldier: "Listen woman! Hand over the child! If you do we'll might spare you!"
The Yusami doesn't look back…she reaches the river. She stares at the river with a grimace…her white hair covering her eyes, she bends down and places the newborn into the river.
Yusami: "my child…you will do great things in your life…I'm sorry I can't be there to watch…"
The newborn stares up at her and smiles. The woman smiles before the soldiers close in and surrounds the river. She covers the new born in a blanket with her name on it. She pushes the newborn in a basket down the river. She puts her hand into the water changing the nature of the water creating a rift
Yusami: "Find somewhere to live happily…my little Tatski…
The soldiers look at the newborn drifting away and they groan. The lead soldier grabs Yusamis hair and tugs her
Soldier: "Do you know what you've just done?! You will be executed for treason against your own people."
Yusami stares at the newborn as it drifts away disappearing into the distance
Yusami: "Live…my child."

Back at the village Yusami is tied to a long pole surrounded by wood and other flammable materials. The new clan head walks up holding a torch
Yami: "As the new clan head after my late father Kan Mahrogu…I shall bestow the traitor with the title of the witch. As her brother and clan head I'll shall do the honors of sending her to hell…I'm…sorry my sister. But this is for the greater good of the clan…"
Yusami stares blankly at the ground…her feet swing beneath her as she doesn't attempt to fight back
Yusami: "In the future…everything will be different…my child shall unify this clan…I promise you that."
Yami frowns before throwing the tourch into the pit of wood and instantly creating a large fire. It reaches Yusami as she stares up at the stars in the sky…a single tear rolls down her face as she's engulfed by the flames…

A young Markus watches her burn a small grin on his face. He bends down and touches a flower but it disintegrates when he touches it…
