Chapter 33 - Chapter 33: Titan vs flame(Dragon kill)

Silence pressed down on the field.

"…Continue."

Rex moved.

Not fast—

inevitable.

BOOM—!!

A crushing straight drove forward—

Ren met it—

SHATTER—!!

Impact rippled through his guard, forcing him back, heels tearing through stone.

Ren stepped in.

Flame flared along his shoulder—

BLAST—!!

A compact strike buried into Rex's ribs.

A dull thud.

Heavy.

Real.

Rex's body shifted—

But didn't yield.

They closed again.

CLASH—!!

Fist met flame.

Shock snapped through the air.

A rising kick carved upward—

Blocked.

A spinning elbow cut in—

Deflected.

Fast.

Precise.

Violent.

Kai's voice was low.

"…He's matching him."

Aeris didn't blink.

"…For now."

Rex smiled.

"…Then I'll break that."

BOOM—!!

His frame swelled.

Muscle thickened.

Veins darkened.

Weight dropped into the ground like a mountain settling.

"…Titan State…"

He disappeared.

CRASH—!!

Ren's guard took it—

Too late.

Force bled through.

SMASH—!!

A sweeping leg tore him off balance.

His body lifted—

Twisted—

Slid across the field.

Rex followed.

HAMMER—!! HAMMER—!!

Each strike fell like iron.

Each step cracked the earth.

Ren absorbed.

Redirected.

Barely.

A blow slipped through—

CRACK—!!

His frame buckled.

IMPACT—!!

He hit the ground hard enough to shake dust loose from the air.

"…Stay down."

Rex raised his foot—

Ren rolled.

BOOM—!!

The stomp shattered the ground where his head had been.

Ren rose.

Breathing heavier.

Eyes steady.

"…Too heavy…"

A breath.

"…Then I'll move faster."

Rex lunged.

CLASH—!!

Ren didn't block—

He slipped inside the weight.

DRIVE—!!

A tight blow drove into Rex's core.

LIFT—!!

A knee snapped upward, breaking his stance.

A single opening—

That was enough.

STRIKE—STRIKE—!!

Two clean impacts.

Sharp.

Precise.

"…He broke through—!"

Rex recovered instantly.

CRUSH—!!

He seized Ren—

Drove him into the ground.

Dust burst upward.

Ren coughed—

Rolled—

Forced himself back up.

Both breathing harder now.

"…Persistent," Rex muttered.

"…Predictable," Ren replied.

They moved again.

CLASH—!!

Faster.

Closer.

No space left between them.

IMPACT—!! SHOCK—!! BREAK—!!

Blows collided and shattered apart.

Neither yielding.

Then—

Rex found it.

BREACH—!!

His fist tore through Ren's guard—

LAUNCH—!!

Ren was driven upward into the sky.

Gasps broke out.

"…It's over—!"

Rex crouched.

Power gathering into one point.

He leapt.

Arm drawn back—

Titan force compressing—

Ren was falling.

Back first.

Air roaring past.

His eyes sharpened.

"…Now."

Flame ignited—

Not outward—

Inward.

His entire body burned.

He twisted mid-air—

SURGE—!!

Flame burst—

Stopping his fall—

Turning it forward.

"…Dragon Kill."

The fire coiled.

Wrapped.

Compressed around him—

A blazing dragon took form—

Spiraling along his arm, his torso—

Circling his entire body like a living force.

Its head formed at his fist.

Eyes burning.

Jaw opening.

The field froze.

"…What… is that…"

Rex roared.

TITAN PUNCH—!!

He drove forward—

DRAGON KILL—!!

Dragon and fist collided.

BOOOOOOOOM—!!!!!!

The dragon twisted—

Coiled—

Devoured the impact.

The shockwave tore the field open.

Stone cracked outward in a wide ring.

Air screamed.

For a moment—

Everything disappeared.

Then—

Silence.

A body fell.

CRASH—!!

Rex hit the ground.

Still.

Flame scattered.

Ren dropped—

THUD—!!

One knee down.

Breathing rough.

Body shaking slightly—

But standing.

"…Winner…"

Darius' voice cut through.

"…Ren Qin."

No one spoke.

"…He… beat Rex…"

"…Head-on…"

"…That last attack…"

Kai exhaled.

A faint smirk.

"…That was clean."

Aeris watched quietly.

"…You didn't fall."

A pause.

"…Good."

Ren let out a breath.

A small grin forming.

"…Barely."

On the ground—

Rex laughed faintly.

"…Heh…"

"…That… was real…"

Darius stepped forward.

"…Next match."

The air tightened again.

"…Kai Ryan Korr…"

Silence returned instantly.

"…versus Ray."

Kai stepped forward.

Calm.

Unshaken.

Ray followed.

Serious.

Focused.

"…Don't hold back."

Kai's gaze locked onto him.

"…I won't."

The field held its breath again.
