The two Naoyas stood several feet apart.
One still looked furious.
The other looked completely unimpressed.
Takeru stepped between them and sighed.
"Alright."
He pointed at the other Naoya.
"Other Naoya, you be sexist and I'll slap you."
The other Naoya's eye twitched.
"…You really think you can just slap me whenever you want?"
Takeru nodded.
"Yes."
A pause.
"…And probably will."
His Naoya snorted.
Takeru then pointed toward the path leading away from the estate.
"You two meet up with Maki, who's leaving the house now."
Both Naoyas looked toward the estate.
Maki was indeed walking out, weapon resting over her shoulder.
She stopped when she saw the two versions of Naoya.
"…There's two of him now."
Takeru nodded.
"Yep."
Maki stared at them.
Then at Takeru.
"…I'm not asking."
"Good."
Takeru turned around.
"I'm gonna go to Tokyo Colony 2 to check in over there."
He raised a hand.
"See ya."
He started walking away.
Then stopped.
Turned his head back toward his Naoya.
"Oh."
His Naoya raised an eyebrow.
"What?"
Takeru pointed toward the other Naoya.
"My Naoya…"
A grin.
"Slap him if Maki doesn't."
The other Naoya immediately looked offended.
"…Why am I being assigned a personal slapper?"
His counterpart shrugged.
"Because apparently you're still stupid."
Maki sighed.
"I leave for five minutes…"
Takeru laughed.
"Have fun!"
He stepped away from the estate.
A moment later—
FLASH.
Takeru vanished.
Maki looked at the two Naoyas.
The two Naoyas looked at each other.
Maki sighed again.
"…Let's go."
His Naoya started walking.
The other Naoya hesitated.
"…Where?"
Maki glanced back.
"Just follow me."
He reluctantly followed.
Behind them, Takeru was already on his way toward Tokyo Colony 2.
