Alys POV
The ceiling collapsed.
Concrete exploded everywhere.
People screamed and ran as massive chunks crashed into the station floor.
Dust filled the air instantly.
I couldn't see anything.
Only shadows.
Noise.
Chaos.
Drake grabbed my waist immediately before falling debris could hit me.
"Alys!"
"I'm okay!"
At least—
I thought I was.
The ground shook violently again.
Somewhere nearby, Jay yelled—
"WHY DOES EVERYTHING KEEP COLLAPSING?!"
Kiefer's voice answered calmly through the dust—
"Move first, complain later."
"I CAN DO BOTH!"
A monstrous roar echoed from above the station.
Not like the creatures.
Deeper.
Bigger.
Hungrier.
Lucien's expression darkened immediately.
"We need to leave NOW."
Ryu started shouting orders to the survivors.
"Everyone to the lower tunnels!"
People rushed toward the emergency exits desperately.
Children crying.
Weapons clashing.
Creatures screeching from above.
The entire underground shelter was dying.
Then—
through the dust—
gunshots echoed.
Sharp.
Precise.
One creature dropped instantly.
Then another.
Then three more.
Everyone froze slightly.
Because those shots weren't random.
They were controlled.
Professional.
Jay blinked hard.
"...wait."
A familiar voice echoed from the tunnel entrance.
"Wow. You guys really attract disaster everywhere."
Jay's eyes widened.
"No way."
Figures emerged through the smoke slowly.
Armed.
Covered in dust.
Alive.
Percy.
Mayo.
Kit.
Danzel.
Cin.
And behind them—
the rest of Section E survivors.
Jay literally screamed.
"PERCY?!"
Percy grinned tiredly.
"Miss me?"
Jay ran toward him instantly and hugged him hard.
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD!"
"Rude. I survive out of spite."
Mayo smirked slightly while reloading his gun.
"We leave you alone for one apocalypse and this happens."
Kiefer actually looked relieved seeing them alive.
Kit pointed around the destroyed station.
"...should we do emotional reunions later?"
A creature lunged toward them instantly.
Danzel shot it directly through the head.
"Definitely later."
Jay POV
OH MY GOD.
MY PEOPLE.
ALIVE.
I almost cried.
Almost.
But then another creature jumped through the broken ceiling so emotions had to pause temporarily.
Percy kicked it off a survivor immediately.
"Can someone explain why ugly demons are suddenly normal now?!"
"LONG STORY!" I yelled back.
Cin looked around the station in horror.
"...what happened to the world?"
"Also long story!"
Mayo frowned at Lucien.
"And who's the suspicious emo guy?"
"THANK YOU," Jay said immediately.
Lucien looked unimpressed.
"I saved your friends."
Mayo crossed his arms.
"Still suspicious."
Honestly valid.
Section E immediately joined the fight naturally.
Like we'd never been separated.
Like survival itself pushed everyone back together.
Kit and Danzel covered the northern tunnel while Cin helped move injured survivors.
Percy fought beside Kiefer surprisingly well.
Mayo looked one second away from punching Rune if given the chance.
Honestly respect.
A loud explosion suddenly echoed from deeper underground.
Then more footsteps approached rapidly.
Ryu cursed.
"More creatures?"
But the figures entering the station weren't creatures.
They were survivors too.
Another group.
And standing in front—
Matt.
Jerome.
Dane.
Vanessa.
Mia.
MJ.
Ren.
Zien literally blinked twice.
"...we're collecting people now?"
Mia looked exhausted but alive.
The moment she saw Jay—
she ran forward immediately.
"JAY!"
Jay hugged her tightly.
"MIA OH MY GOD."
Vanessa looked close to tears seeing everyone alive.
"We searched for you everywhere..."
Jerome leaned against the wall breathing heavily.
"Can reunions happen after we don't die?"
Fair point honestly.
Matt immediately joined Ace fighting nearby creatures.
Ren grabbed extra weapons from fallen survivors.
MJ started helping barricade the collapsing exits.
Dane looked at Alys and Drake in disbelief.
"...you two survived Hell University?"
Drake nodded once.
Dane looked disturbed.
"...that explains a lot actually."
Zien POV
Seeing everyone alive felt unreal.
Like suddenly—
for one second—
the apocalypse became less terrifying.
Familiar faces.
Familiar voices.
Humanity.
Mia crouched beside me quickly.
"You okay?"
"Physically? Maybe."
"Mental breakdown later then."
"Definitely later."
Ace quietly handed Jerome another weapon without even looking.
Jerome blinked.
"...thanks?"
Ace nodded once.
Social interaction complete.
Jay was already talking too fast from excitement and stress combined.
"So basically the world ended and monsters exist and psycho Hunters are trying to kill us and apparently we're famous now."
Matt stared at her.
"...what."
"YEAH."
Percy looked deeply concerned.
"...you got weirder."
Kiefer answered immediately.
"She was always like this."
"BETRAYAL."
A loud metallic roar interrupted everything.
The station shook violently again.
Lucien looked upward sharply.
"It's here."
Everyone immediately tensed.
Ryu grabbed his weapon tightly.
"Special Class?"
Lucien nodded.
The survivors around us started panicking again.
One whispered fearfully—
"No one's survived a Special Class encounter..."
That sentence alone felt horrifying.
Then—
something massive tore through the upper floor.
The entire ceiling exploded apart.
And it appeared.
Silence filled the station instantly.
The creature was enormous.
Far larger than anything we'd seen before.
Its body looked almost human—
except twisted beyond recognition.
Black armor-like skin covered its body.
Multiple glowing eyes opened slowly across its face.
And unlike the other creatures—
this one smiled.
Alys whispered softly—
"...it understands us."
The monster looked directly at our group.
Then spoke.
Actual words.
"Elite survivors located."
Everyone froze.
NOPE.
Absolutely not.
Jay immediately pointed at it aggressively.
"WHY CAN IT TALK?!"
The creature tilted its head slowly.
"Human fear response confirmed."
"I TAKE IT BACK STOP TALKING."
The Special Class creature stepped forward.
Each movement cracked the floor beneath it.
Then its glowing eyes landed on Drake.
"...Supreme Student."
Drake's expression darkened instantly.
The creature smiled wider.
"Priority target."
Then it attacked.
Drake POV
Fast.
Far too fast for its size.
The Special Class creature slammed directly toward me.
I blocked the impact barely.
Concrete shattered beneath my feet instantly.
The force alone pushed me backward several meters.
Everyone stared in shock.
Not because it attacked.
Because I stopped it.
The creature's glowing eyes narrowed slightly.
"...combat capability confirmed."
I attacked immediately.
No hesitation.
My fist connected with its jaw hard enough to shake the station.
But unlike the others—
this creature barely moved.
Interesting.
Dangerous.
Very dangerous.
Behind me, chaos exploded again.
Creatures flooded through the broken tunnels endlessly.
Everyone fought simultaneously now.
Section E.
Hell University survivors.
F4 members.
Underground survivors.
Humanity refusing to die quietly.
Jay fought beside Percy and Kiefer while yelling continuously.
Mia and Vanessa protected injured survivors together.
Matt and Jerome held the eastern tunnel.
MJ and Ren helped Ryu evacuate civilians.
Dane fought beside Ace and Zien.
Thyme protected Gorya relentlessly despite his injury.
Kenning and Kavin fought like monsters themselves.
And Alys—
Alys kept surviving.
Even while terrified.
Even while shaking.
Strong.
Always strong.
The Special Class creature suddenly grabbed my arm and threw me through a pillar.
The impact cracked concrete instantly.
Alys shouted my name immediately.
The creature turned toward her slowly.
"...emotional weakness detected."
Wrong choice.
Very wrong choice.
I moved instantly before it could reach her.
The creature blocked my attack again.
Then laughed softly.
"Attachment creates vulnerability."
Jay shouted from nearby—
"CAN ALL THE EVIL THINGS STOP TALKING LIKE PHILOSOPHY TEACHERS?!"
Even now—
she somehow made people laugh.
Small broken laughs during the apocalypse.
But still laughter.
And somehow—
that mattered more than expected.
Gorya POV
Everyone was fighting.
Bleeding.
Surviving.
The station looked like complete destruction now.
But for the first time since Level Two started—
we weren't alone.
Section E survivors fought fiercely together.
No hesitation.
No fear stopping them anymore.
Percy slid beside us while reloading quickly.
"Hey."
Thyme blocked another creature immediately.
"Busy."
Percy nodded once.
"Fair."
Then helped stab the creature through the neck.
Gorya almost smiled despite everything.
Even in the middle of disaster—
they still felt like themselves.
Mayo suddenly shouted from across the station—
"LEFT SIDE!"
A massive wave of creatures rushed through the western tunnel instantly.
Cin looked horrified.
"There's too many!"
Lucien's expression became grim.
"They're forcing us deeper underground."
Ryu froze slightly.
"...toward the lower sectors."
Ren frowned.
"Why is that bad?"
Nobody answered immediately.
Then one old survivor whispered fearfully—
"Because nobody comes back from Sector Zero."
Silence.
Even Lucien looked tense now.
Jay pointed aggressively again.
"WHY DOES EVERY PLACE HAVE A TERRIFYING NAME?!"
Before anyone could answer—
the system voice echoed once more.
Cold.
Everywhere.
"New objective unlocked."
Everyone stopped.
System Voice:
"Proceed to Sector Zero."
Then—
the timer reset.
71:59:59
71:59:58
Mia stared upward in disbelief.
"...three days?"
System Voice:
"Failure to comply results in elimination."
The Special Class creature stepped backward slowly.
Like its job was done.
Then it smiled.
"We'll meet again soon."
And disappeared into the darkness above.
The creatures immediately retreated after it.
Silence finally returned.
Heavy breathing echoed through the ruined station.
Smoke filled the air.
Blood covered the floor.
But we were alive.
Together.
For now.
Lucien looked toward the dark tunnel leading downward.
Sector Zero.
Even he looked uneasy.
Jay noticed immediately.
"...that place is REALLY bad isn't it?"
Lucien stayed silent for a second.
Then quietly—
"That's where the system was born."
And suddenly—
nobody wanted to move anymore.
