A sense of relief washed over me. A wedding was to happen. And I could finally have my fated mate! Everything had aligned so both parts of my plan had come together. My moonlit figure in white was also my fated... everything may finally be falling into place.
'Patrick?' I mindlinked the man so the she-wolves besides us would be unable to hear.
His eyes met mine in acknowledgement. 'I want to try to find Grace's mate. She is doing all of this for me. To allow me my fated, surely she deserves the same. The only reasons she is not with him is because of her father.'
'I fully agree, son.' The man nodded, referring to me in the endearing way many of the Pack Elders did. 'Let me see what I can do.'
