 I could feel Kael's presence becoming more intense as the moments passed. The man seemed to need me. Want me. Yet irritatingly the fool had also pushed me away. He pushed me away. told me no, when I had tried so desperately to find the mindset that would allow me to go ahead with this, believing he could not resist. But, despite the fact I could feel the need building within Kael, and the tension increasing, he only seemed to fight it. The man was too much of a decent man; as well as over-compensating with being affectionate and complimentary.
