Chapter 17 - Episode 17 – The Final Confrontation

The night was cold and silent.

Ariya Verma stood beside Arnav Malhotra as their car stopped in front of a large, dimly lit mansion—the place she once called home. But tonight… it didn't feel like home.

It felt like a war zone.

Arnav stepped out first, his presence calm but powerful. He turned toward her and extended his hand.

"Ready?" he asked.

Ariya looked at the gates, memories flashing—fear, pain, helplessness.

Then she looked at him.

This time… she wasn't the same girl.

"I'm not running anymore," she said, placing her hand in his.

Face to Face with the Past

The doors opened.

Vikram stood there, a cold smile on his face. Behind him, Meena—Ariya's mother—watched silently, her eyes filled not with love… but calculation.

"So," Vikram said mockingly, "you finally came back."

Ariya stepped forward, her voice steady.

"I didn't come back. I came to end this."

Meena laughed softly. "You think you have power now? Everything you have… exists because of us."

"No," Ariya replied, her eyes sharp.

"Everything you wanted… existed because of me."

Silence.

The truth hit harder than any weapon.

The Truth Exposed

Arnav stepped forward, placing the documents on the table.

"Every property, every asset, every right… belongs to Ariya," he said calmly.

"You tried to control her to control everything. But it ends tonight."

Vikram's expression darkened.

"You think papers can stop me?"

Ariya's heart raced—but she didn't step back.

"I'm not scared of you anymore," she said.

The Breaking Point

Suddenly, chaos erupted.

Vikram signaled his men. Shadows moved from every corner.

"Then let's see how brave you really are," he sneered.

Before Ariya could react, everything happened at once.

Arnav pulled her behind him instantly, fighting off the attackers with precision and control. The room turned into a battlefield—glass breaking, footsteps echoing, danger closing in from all sides.

"Ariya, stay back!" he ordered.

But this time… she didn't hide.

She moved.

She reacted.

She fought back.

Not as a victim—

but as someone who refused to be controlled ever again.

The Most Dangerous Moment

Just when it seemed they were gaining control—

Meena stepped forward quietly… holding something in her hand.

A weapon.

"Ariya," she said coldly, "you should have stayed obedient."

Everything froze.

Ariya's breath caught.

Her own mother… ready to hurt her.

Before she could react—

Arnav moved.

He stepped in front of her without hesitation.

"Ariya, move!" he shouted—

A loud sound shattered the air.

Silence followed.

Cliffhanger

Ariya's world stopped.

"Arnav…?" her voice broke as she reached for him.

He stood still for a second… then slightly staggered.

Her heart dropped.

"No… no, this can't—"

Arnav looked at her, his expression still calm despite everything.

"I told you…" he whispered softly,

"I'll always protect you…"

Ariya's eyes filled with tears as the reality hit her—

This wasn't just a fight anymore.

This was a moment that could change everything.
