Hawkins is such a boring town, theres nothing going on. In this scenario
california is waayy better, and thats a big thing coming from that place, cause even though i lived there for most of my life. California SUCKKKSS!!
and now Hawkins feels really empty, there was some fiasco about some kid going missing for a week and then finding his body in the lake or something, then somehow he comes out alive even though they saw his body. Now he goes by "the boy who came back to life"??? i mean cool name but how is that even possible? But really i dont care cus ive never met that kid before sooo, me and max share a room, but we dont talk alot as much as twins are supossed to..
she skateboards all the time (i could never) and im mostly throwing rocks at billys car window when hes not there, i managed to get a small crack. Which is quite an acomplisment, since the glass on his window is strong. We have like our first day of school tommorw, me and max. And were in the same class and stuff but thats only for like science and history, overall in the rest of our classes were not toghter.

Ok so this school looks really shitty, its loud and annoying. But i dont get in trouble alot, thats one good thing. Cause back in cali i was known for winning cat fights with the bitchy girls in my class. and i swear i kept getting side eyed, they were looking at me with dirty looks and gave them eqaully dirty looks BACK, im being lead to my locker by this random teacher and i just thank him and tell him i can find my way. Then i take that chance to get to class. Im almost late and max is already sat down looking at her desk with boredom, lucky. She got a back seat.
"oh and heres our other new student", i tried not to cringe at this teachers enthusiasm. "im Mr Clarke!" he says.
"uh..im Nicole". i say awkwardly. Mr clarke points at the seat next to this black haired boy, who doesnt even look at me, but stupid me tries to create some conversation with this guy.
"uh..whats your name.?" i ask quietly.
"mike wheeler, you??" he asks, looking annoyed.
"Nicole Mayfield..Mr grumpy pants." i scoff, he glares at me.
"fuck you, is that girl in the back your sister?" he mutters angrily, i roll my eyes and nod.
"i already dont like YOU then", he scoffs, my eyes narrow with confusion.
"whats your problem with my sister motherfucker??" i scoff, giving him a dirty look.
"cause your replacing ele-" he starts, but he stops and goes silent. I raise my eyebrows with confusion.
ok so that guy was weird, also whos ele?
