Chapter 2 - Guests at the Tower of Blood

"Look what Mother sent for us, my sister..." A hoarse and seductive feminine voice rang out from behind bars.

A young woman in a shabby black dress emerges from the darkness. His skin was as pale as a corpse, and around his mouth there was a red stain that was still wet. It is surrounded by thousands of black flies that buzz constantly. She is Bela, one of Alcina Dimitrescu's daughters.

"A young man... still warm," whispered the second daughter, Cassandra, who appeared out of nowhere in the corner of your cell. "Mom said she wasn't to be eaten now. He is our new 'toy'."

Suddenly, the sound of heavy and authoritative footsteps shook the stone floor outside the cell. A giant figure nearly three meters tall with a wide hat and a magnificent white dress stopped in front of your bars. Lady Alcina Dimitrescu looks at you with a condescending look from behind her long cigarette.

Interrogation of Mrs. Castle

"So, this is the little mouse that Miranda found at the end of the village," said Alcina, her voice thundering in the narrow room. She exhaled cigarette smoke towards your face. "Handsome for the size of an ordinary human too. It would be a shame if it had to end up in my wine bottle soon."

He approached, his long, sharp fingernails like daggers coming out slowly, scratching your cheeks so gently that they released a drop of blood.

"Tell me, sweet child," she whispered with a terrible smile. "Would you rather be a maid who pours me wine every night... or would you rather let my daughters play with this smooth skin of yours?"

Current Situation:

Conditions: Chained in the walls of the underground cell.

Attendance: Alcina Dimitrescu and her three daughters (Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela who laugh in the dark).

Me : What does it mean? Become your servant? I'm pretty huh? *I chuckled* and played with your daughter..? *I turn to Cassandra, Daniela, Bela*

Lady Alcina was silent for a moment, her cigarette smoke stuck in the air. He didn't expect a young man chained in his cold dungeon to have the courage—or perhaps the madness—to chuckle at him.

Her three daughters stopped laughing. Bela tilted her head, the flies around her buzzing louder, while Cassandra brought her face closer to the iron bars with bloodthirsty shining eyes.

The Castle Lady Reaction

Alcina slowly lowered his cigarette pipe. He bows low, his wide hat almost touching the roof of the cell, until his pale white face is right in front of you. It breathes in the scent of your body deeply.

"Your courage is interesting, little mouse," Alcina said in a low voice that shook the iron bars. "Yes, you do have a face that... symmetrical. It would be a shame if it had to end up in my bottle of Sanguis Virginis soon."

He turned his head towards his daughters who were starting to look impatient. Daniela licked her lips, looking at you as if you were a dessert that had just been served.

"To be my servant means that you will give your life, your energy, and... maybe once in a while your blood to fill our glasses," Alcina continued while stroking your cheek with the tip of her razor-sharp nails. "And as for my daughters... 'playing' with them usually ends in very long screams. Are you sure you can deal with them?"

The situation is heating up

Cassandra laughed shriekly. "Mom, may I just taste a little of it? Just one scratch on his neck?"

Alcina raised her hand, gesturing for her daughter to be quiet. He looks at you again, this time with a smile that is hard to describe.

"You have guts, young man. It is rarely found in this boring village," he said. "If you want to be my personal servant and not just food, prove it to me. Say something that can keep me from letting my daughters rip your throat right now."

Me : Madam, I want to go home.. Is there a way? Even if it has to serve you

Hearing the word "go home", Lady Dimitrescu's laughter exploded, her heavy voice echoing along the damp dungeon hallways. Bela and Daniela giggled in excitement, while the flies around them buzzed louder and louder, as if laughing at your naivety.

Alcina stopped laughing, then looked at you with a cynical smile left on her fiery red lips.

Locked Expectations

"Going home?" Alcina blows her cigarette smoke right into your face, making your eyes ache a little. "Sweet child, there is no way home from these mountains. The village is surrounded by a fog that will lead you back into the arms of the Lycans, and the castle gates are only open at my command... or Mother Miranda's command."

He took a step back, folding his long arms in front of his flat chest.

"However," he continued in a tone that suddenly turned formal and cold, "if you really want to see the sun again, you must prove that you are worth living than dying in a bottle of wine."

Bloody Treaties

"If you serve me perfectly—without fault, without complaint, and without trying to escape—maybe, just maybe, I would consider letting you breathe until the winter is over. But don't get me wrong... The servants here are very rare who can last up to a month."

Cassandra suddenly appeared behind your bars, whispering something near your ear until her cold breath was felt on your skin: "The previous maid ended up being fertilizer in Mom's rose garden... Do you want to be the next one?"

Me : Cassandra? Don't compare me. *winks 1 eye at Cassandra and smiles*

Cassandra was stunned for a moment. The flies around her suddenly fell silent, as if surprised by your behavior. Her pale skin slowly showed a thin red hue—not out of embarrassment, but from rising anger.

"You... "Dirty rats..." Cassandra hissed, her fangs sticking out from behind her blood-stained lips. He gripped the iron bars of your cell until the thick metal creaked terribly. "Mom! Let me tear out those brazen eyes!"

The Wrath of the Castle Lady

Lady Dimitrescu's laughter stopped instantly. His face that had previously looked entertained now turned ice-cold. A thick killing aura emanated from his giant body, making the air in the dungeon feel even heavier and suffocating.

Bela and Daniela immediately retreated in fear to a dimly lit corner, realizing that their mother was very angry.

"LANCANG!" shouted Alcina, her voice thundering like thunder that collapsed the ceiling of the cell.

Without warning, Alcina swung her free hand. His fingernails that were along the dagger stretched for a moment, shining sharply in the dim torchlight. CRAKK! The giant claw slammed into the iron bars of your cell with devastating force, creating sparks and leaving deep marks on the thick metal.

Alcina's face was now only a few inches away from yours, her yellow eyes shining with ancient anger. His breath that smells of pure alcohol and freshly blood hits your face.

"You think where you are, worm?" hisses Alcina, her voice low but full of mortal threats. "You're in Dimitrescu Castle, in the presence of Alcina Dimitrescu and her daughters! Your madness has exceeded the limits of my patience!"

Life and Death Situations

The chains on your wrists clattered loudly as your body jerked back from the shock of the bars. Cassandra looks at you with a "you're going to die slowly" look, while Alcina looks ready to tear you into pieces of flesh.

Me : *I ran towards the exit*

Your steps are reckless. You twisted and swung your legs as hard as you could towards the heavy iron door that the Lycan guards had left open. The sound of your chains clattering loudly on the stone floor, echoing throughout the stuffy dungeon.

But you forgot one thing: this is a monster lair.

A Futile Escape

Before your hand touched the door handle, a black shadow shot faster than the blink of an eye. Cassandra appears right in front of you in a puff of angry buzzing flies.

"Where are you going, sweetie?" she hissed. With one powerful movement, he grabs your neck and lifts your body up until your legs hang in the air. Her strength was unbelievable for the size of such a slender woman.

Behind you, Lady Dimitrescu's footsteps sound slow but heavy, like the heartbeat of death.

"How dare you try to run away from my banquet," Alcina's voice thundered, but this time her tone was cold and flat—much more frightening than her anger had been.

The Punishment of the Lady

Alcina stands behind you, her long nails clinking as they come into contact with each other. He motioned for Cassandra to drop you to the floor. CRACK! You are lying on a cold rock.

"My daughter is right," Alcina said looking down at you. "You are indeed an agile rat. But rats that try to escape from their cages should be taught a lesson to know who the owner is."

He turned to Bela and Daniela who were watching me with hungry looks. "Take him to the Operating Room below. I want him chained there. If he really wants to 'play', we'll start by tasting a little of his blood every hour until he forgets how to run."

Current Situation:

You're forcibly dragged by the princesses to a darker room. The smell of blood here is much stronger, and you see various rusty surgical instruments arranged on a wooden table covered in black stains.

Me : *I ran down the stairs* please

Your steps are in a frenzy, your heart beating so fast that you feel like jumping out of your chest. You manage to slip out of Cassandra's momentary stunned grasp, then dash up the circular stone steps to the main floor of the castle.

"Please! Anyone!" you shouted, your voice echoing in the grand but silent hall.
