Finally reached home
But my mind was still in class

She is getting on my nerves
Its just her 3rd day and she is already acting like this
I honestly did not think she would play smart
I really believed she sat on the glue

But one thing still annoyed me
Why did she have that effect on Yuri?
Like his ears literally turned pink
No random girl has ever had that effect on Yuri
Usually Yuri is the one who has that effect on girls
What the hell happened at mini mart
Yuri didn't even say anything after that

Suspicious

And that annoyed the shit out of me
I entered inside and saw Aries already laying on the couch while Percy was stealing food from the kitchen
"hoyee babies" Percy grinned "did you miss my handsome face"
"No," me and Yuri said at the same time
"wow okay" he put his hand on his chest dramatically "that's actually painful"
Aries laughed quietly
"See atleast Aries loves me" percy said
"I don't" aries said
"Fake friend" percy said
Yuri threw his bag beside the couch and sat down
Still quiet
Percy noticed too
"okay what happened to him" percy asked
"No idea," I muttered
Yuri looked at me
I looked back at him
This idiot seriously thought I wouldn't notice
Percy suddenly smirked
"wait" percy said

"I didn't even say anything yet," Percy said
"Don't," Yuri said again
"Oh my god something definitely happened," Percy said
"Nothing happened," Yuri said
"Then why are your ears still pink?" I asked

Aries looked up immediately
"WAIT THEY WERE RED BEFORE TOO??" percy asked
Oh now this got interesting
Yuri looked done with life already
Percy started laughing
"what the hell happened at mini mart " I asked
"Shut up" yuri said
"OH MY GOD DID SOMEONE FLIRT WITH YOU" Percy said
Wait did something happen between him and Jay??
"no one flirted with me idiot," Yuri said
"Then why are you acting like this?" I asked
"I am literally sitting," Yuri said
"Exactly" aries and percy said at the same time
Yuri threw the nearest cushion at him
Percy dodged it dramatically
"VIOLENCE???" Percy said
"Deserved," Yuri said
Aries was trying not to laugh at this point
Then Percy suddenly looked at Aries
"Speaking of acting weird…" percy said
Aries immediately frowned
"What"
"You were smiling in class today" percy said
"why am I not allowed to smile now also?" aries said
"AT ELLA" percy said
"Oh my god," Yuri muttered beside me
"No I was not" aries defended himself
"no you were!!" Percy said
"no I was not," Aries defended too quickly again
"man you should have seen his face when ma'am said okay next partners Aries and Ella, our boy looked like he won a lottery" percy said
"I did not" aries said
"You literally fixed your hair" percy said
Me and Yuri both looked at Aries
Because Michael Aries Fernandez NEVER does his hair properly
"…you fixed your hair?" Yuri asked slowly
Aries blinked once
Then grabbed another cushion and threw it at Percy
"Shut up" aries said
Percy was dying laughing now
"Atleast talk about your own problems" aries said
"what problems" percy said

Aries started laughing immediately
"Oh righttt," I said
Percy looked flustered
"No, why are YOU bringing her up?" Percy said
"Because yesterday you literally smiled at your phone for 20 minutes," Aries said
"I was not smiling," Percy defended
"Liar," I muttered
"Keifer you too man" percy looked betrayed
"oh no it wouldn't be a problem Freya~" Aries mimicked Percy in a high-pitched voice
Before Percy could continue, Aries' phone rang
And instantly his face changed
The smile disappeared
He looked at the screen for two seconds before answering
"kuya"
Yeah
Mood ruined
That demon always ruins the mood
We all stayed quiet
"But kuya—"
His brows furrowed immediately
Clearly disagreeing with whatever Angelo was saying
Then the call ended
Aries ran a hand through his hair frustrated
"why did he call?" Yuri asked
"He said come home before he reaches Manila"
"Damn," Percy muttered quietly this time
"What are you gonna do?" I asked
Aries laughed dryly
"Does it look like I have a choice" aries said
Nobody replied
Tbh I didn't want him leaving either
"So when are you moving out?" Yuri asked
"Maybe tomorrow…or day after" aries said
Silence again
Then Percy clapped once
"Okay this is depressing lets play FIFA" percy said
"You just wanna lose again," Yuri said
"Last time the controller was lagging" percy said
"Sure" aries said
Few minutes later the whole room was loud again
"PASS THE BALL"
"I AM"
"THEN WHY DID YOU PASS TO HIM??"
"THAT WAS NOT ON PURPOSE"
Aries was finally laughing again atleast
Percy stood up dramatically after Yuri scored again
"Nah this game hates me personally"
"Skill issue," I said
"Keifer count your days" percy said

JAY'S POV
There was pitch darkness everywhere
A door opened
3-4 figures walked in
Cold air rushed inside
I knew I had to run
But I couldn't move a muscle
My breathing turned heavy
I could feel them standing in front of me
One of them slowly touched my thigh
Cold fingers
Making my whole body freeze
I wanted to push them away
Scream
Do something
But I couldn't
And before I could process anything
My eyes opened
I was covered in sweat
My breathing was uneven
I was used to nightmares
But somehow
I could never make sense of them
I sat there for few seconds
Trying to calm down
Trying to remind myself that I was not in that dark room anymore
I was in my room
Morning light was slipping through the curtains
My head was throbbing like anything
I practically dragged myself out of bed
Took a long hot bath
Hoping it would relax me
But that feeling just wouldn't go away man
It was just the start of the day and I was already tired
I got ready and went downstairs
Tita was already sitting there
"good morning jay"
What's good about this morning
"morning tita"
"hey is everything alright? you look bit low," Tita asked, clearly worried
"yes tita I am absolutely fine, rather excellent," I said giving her my most appealing smile

It was probably the first time I was looking at him this closely
His skin looked annoyingly smooth
Sharp jawline
Dark brown eyes
And lips

And damn seeing his skin was giving me insecurities

Then smirked slightly

The moment Keifer noticed them
This gago literally removed his hands from my waist

But before I could lose balance again
I stepped back slightly
Only to bump into someone behind me
Strong hands immediately steadied me
"what the fuck"
I turned around quickly
Yuri
Of course
"jay are you high?" that kid asked me
"yes jay you look stoned man," Drew said
"yeah you keep dumping into people," Felix added
I just rolled my eyes
"Huh whatever"
I really didn't want to push the matter
Not in the mood
Also where did Yuri even come from
