Water is the foundation of all elements and also the head of the five elements. If it is eternal ice, its hardness can be comparable to the top metals. If it is thousand-layered heavy water, it is like a thick mountain of earth. If it is extremely cold to the extreme, then things can ignite. If it turns into mist and becomes qi, then it is as vibrant as the breath of green wood. Therefore, among these five great ancient immortal sects, their cultivation techniques also have a difference in strength. But this difference in strength is only manifested below the Great Ascension stage. In the subsequent promotion of each layer, the spiritual power vats in the body will also continuously expand and heighten with the improvement of the realm. Thus, one must use a higher-level technique incantation to cultivate and once again complete the filling of the five-element spiritual power vats, and so on.
This reflects the requirements for choosing disciples of these five great ancient immortal sects, the importance of the strength arrangement of the spirit root attributes in their bodies.
