Now, with 20 children left, the forest became much more scarier because there was a huge are just for those 20 and no one can predict attacks in the dark!
However, the contestants adapted to that with every passing minute.
Our little Alex and our little Aurora were roaming in the forest,
One trying to evade every attacks,
Another one trying to evade all the opponent's defenses.
That was the main difference!
However, things did not go as planned!
Alex encountered a boy he had first seen once he started.
Alex's reflexes screamed to stay away from him and let the stronger ones handle him,
But he listened to his own mind which wanted a match!
So, out of nowhere, he started his attacks!
Instead of those 3 blobs he launched at his opponents,
He took one blob, compressed it in the size of a drop and launched at that guy.
The piercing sound came faintly.
That guy was already bleeding on his forehead!
Because he was facing at exactly 90 degrees from Alex.
And the stream of water had come for his head, but due to the lack of proper aiming, it misfired and silently pierced his forehead skin.
However, if that went to any other body part,
Then even ordinary humans could tell that the stream would pierce through his whole body!
The guy was already caught off guard with that attack,
But when he spotted Alex, he grinned as he prepared for a counter attack.
The trees around them grew violent.
The branches were twisting unnaturally, as if forced by some invisible force.
Besides just twisting, they were growing!
"So it's began, the nature magic has started taking its effect.
It will come for my head!
So if I escape the magic's radius, I survive!
But that's what weak mages would think!"
Suddenly, strange things started happening.
All the twisted branches started to coil around each other!
Within moments, those branches took the shape of a pointed needle, about the length of 3 metres!
Branch Spike!!
The other party shouted.
Suddenly, it came rushing towards Alex.
But, having the knowledge of nature magic came into handy!
He knew exactly how much distance it can take and with every second,
And how much distance it could go!
But that was not the problem,
Because he could just get away from its path by either turning left or just simple turning right!
But its width was the real problem!
Being 3 meters x 1.5 inches,
It was nearly impossible to evade it even with applying mathematical calculations and the right time which was nowhere near to death!
However, Alex became a lunatic when he quickly made a run towards that approaching pointed branch!
Suddenly, when he was just inches away from it, he too a sharp turn towards right.
BOOOOOM!!!
A giant fireball smashed into the branch by colliding with its sharp pointed head!
Alex was doing calculations in his mind when the spike was rushing towards him.
The source of the fire ball was unknown, but it was clear that whoever it was,
He/she was aiming for Alex!
That guy was shocked as well as angered by that sudden interference so high that he was unaware of the upcoming blobs of water!
BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOOOM!!!
The five water blobs got smashed on the guy, all at the same spot which is the abdomen!
The guy was bleeding all around, blood coming out of his mouth and his body was also damaged!
(The best reward of not being on guard)
He was already defeated!
The male voice came again, repeating every detail of the fight, also adding the help of the mysterious person who helped him!
But that did not count as teaming up because the teamers should be physically near to each other!
(Not in a bad sense)
However, Alex got his fifth victory!
(Since he had defeated three more after he defeated Cain)
Now, in the other side of the field,
Aurora Fitzpatrick was having a brutal fight with Sophia Fitzpatrick.
Well, where Aurora Fitzpatrick could use fire and rock magic,
Sophia Fitzpatrick could use all the magic types like water magic, flame magic, thunder magic, nature magic, rock magic and lastly, wind magic!
Also, she had received her grimoire 50 days prior to Aurora, Alex and all those who had just recently received their powers!
So naturally, she had the upper hand.
But, Aurora was also not a loser,
She was constantly burning her mana to throw some deadly spells to defeat her twin.
Helix Blast!!
Shouted Aurora.
But, our Sophia wasn't the type of girl who would not stay quiet.
Suddenly, a medium sized ball of flames appeared out of nowhere!
It was rushing towards Sophia!
However, as she was much more experienced in wind magic, she summoned several cones with pointed heads made up of air.
"Either you die or I!" said Aurora as the velocity of the ball of flames increased.
"Sure, sis! After all, let's see who wins!
A fraudster or a true friend!"
Replied Sophia.
"Well, I didn't imagine you to support that ugly poor rotten boy who dared to steal my virginity!
How dare you?"
Roared Aurora Fitzpatrick.
Suddenly, a male voice came out of nowhere:
Helix Blast!!
A similar kind of fire ball appeared,
Slamming into the fire ball that Aurora Fitzpatrick had created.
BOOOOM!!!
The whole area was filled with smokes and dust,
Accelerating the allergy of Sophia towards dust!
Cough Cough!!
Sophia kept coughing to a point where her saliva was falling on the ground!
"Oh no! Contestant Sophia Fitzpatrick has been attacked by her allergy!
She needs medical support!"
The whole audience silenced in shock.
Not because she was struck by her allergy, but rather;
Who had such courage to do that!
That kind of reaction came from Elizabeth, Theodore and the noble audience.
They knew clearly,
That whenever she is struck by allergy,
Her mana output spikes and she forgets all kind of relation, plans and every detail closest to her in terms of emotions and memories!
She just sees someone in front of her and she literally destroys him/her!
However, the tensed audience waited for the news to come.
Suddenly,
"Contestant Alexander Count'de Goldstein has defeated 2 contestants more!
What we are seeing right now isn't about the selection of the strong,
But the rise of the boy who is tagged by the crime of assault to a nobility girl!
So my dear audience,
Let's see what will happen in the future!"
Yeah,
The news that Alex had a direct kiss with Aurora Fitzpatrick had become viral throughout the kingdom and few kingdom which came nearer to their kingdom!
However, if someone noticed,
He/she can conclude that the tone of the instructor who was narrating every single thing had turned serious when he was descripting Alex's feat!
Keeping that aside, Aurora was facing a lot of difficulties while facing the allergy stricken Sophia Fitzpatrick!
She was using all kinds of spells to keep her away from her,
But Sophia did not heed to all the distractions.
Now it was Sophia and Aurora!
The guy, who had used his spell that collided with Aurora's was already defeated by Aurora herself while running from Sophia,
Trying not to die in the hands of her.
By the way, Aurora had understood that if she runs into someone strong even once,
She will surely be not selected.
However, with every bit of strength and mana left,
She thought of casting a spell that can at least give her a second window to escape.
But Sophia did not give that much time!
Well, Sophia had about 5 minutes left until she becomes normal!
After that, she would lose all her mana and all that.
Now, if she does not attacks and defeats Aurora, she would be at loss of fighting.

Meaning she was burning through her mana and stamina real quick.

They found themselves in front of Alexander Count'de Goldstein!
"Whoa! This is such legendary encounter.
Our lonely Alex found himself in front of the two sisters Aurora and Sophia.
This will be the moment where the two sisters will get the justice!"

The whole tournament was just to humiliate our little Alex!
Theodore, Theodora, Elizabeth and the man who had become his mentor were disappointed for real!
They did not realize that the tournament to be discriminating!
And with that, they started to grow more and more angry!
The most angry was the mentor!
He shouted, "I don't want my student to face such inequalities!"
Everyone turned towards him, unexpected eyes watching him.
Suddenly, that man teleported himself from the teacher's window to the place where Theodore, Theodora and Elizabeth were sitting.
"You coming with me?"
He asked, his mana becoming denser every second.
But even with that, he looked at the with a beautiful yet firm smile.
The three looked at him, not being able to process what happened.
But, Elizabeth was the first to answer.
"I'm coming with you sir!"
And with that, Theodore and Theodora joined him.
The four looked at the nobility,
More specifically where Margaret Williamson and her husband Harley Williamson.
The Williamson couple looked at them,
And nodded their heads.
No one really noticed the Williamson couple.
So, when they nodded, the three started walking away from the stadium!
"I'm really sorry sir!
If you face difficulties because of us, please forgive us."
Said Theodora.
The man said, "No problem my dear, I'll be fine!
Just make your decision and I'll take care of it!"
He smiled, ignoring every glances that was coming towards him.
Suddenly, the news came:
"Whoa, this is the most injustice we ever got!
Contestant Alexander has calmed down Contestant Sophia!
That's the most gross thing the nobility has ever seen!
Suddenly, the whole stadium silenced.
Few words broke the silence:
Demonic Collapse: Yellow!!
Suddenly, a medium sized yellow colored ball of mana went rushing towards that barrier.
BOOOM!!!
The whole barrier was destroyed in just the slightest contact.
Dust rose all over, blinding those sitting nearer to the ground for few seconds.
What everyone saw,
Was something even unexpected by the judges!
10 children were present,
The exact number which had the power to stop the tournament!
Suddenly, the news came:
"We got our winners who will become the students of this beautiful institution!
Everyone please clap for our little cha-"
"You are celebrating the victory of the noble students all the time...
But when the boy named Alex's turn came, you only showed indifference and hatred!
I do not want my brother to face such discrimination!
We can take him to a place where discrimination on basis of rich and poor happens!"
The voice came from the mouths of Theodore as well as Theodora!
Everyone was shocked after hearing their voices.
Even Alex was shocked to hear that!
All the money that Julie had saved,
Had gone in a second for his admission! Alex did not wanted to go away and lose such opportunity.
No way he was going to support his brother and sister!
