It was the last thing he had heard before he collapsed.
The Next Evening:
"What mother! I have just learned a single spell!
How can you expect me to defeat someone like big bro Theodore,
Especially when he has a broken talent!

When Alex collapsed after getting rewarded by the mysterious voice,
He woke up at night, hungry and thirsty.
He ate, drank, talking to Theodore and Julie.
The next morning, The three heard that the daughter of Julie's twin sister Margaret would come to visit them.
So that's why, they were busy the whole time.
After all, if a rich woman visits the household of poor people,

But then, by afternoon, a teen woman entered the house.
She had brown hair, black eyes and pointing ears like an elf.
Her body curves were not so developed, just perfect for what sixteen year old girl would have.
She was the daughter of Margaret, Theodora!
She was of the same age as Theodore,
They even shared the same birthday (15th October).
In that afternoon, Theodora had proposed that she would spar with Alex,
Seeing how he is being doing.
That's why, he refused to spar.
His rebellion made the two 'Theo' cousins laugh.
Alex's family might be poor, but his family was rich in relationship, bondings, etc.
However, coming back to present.
Alex was trying to convince Julie that he just learned a new spell and that too.. isn't that much powerful.
But Julie didn't listen to his reason.
"You just want to slack off.
You don't want to spar! You lazy cow!" yelled Julie, forcing him.
The main reason Alex was not accepting the spar request from Julie was not that he just newly learned a spell,
But rather,
He wanted to learn the other spell he received and most importantly,
It was from another type of magic (Or you can say element).
That was what Alex wanted more.
He wanted to learn,
He wanted to rise,
He wanted to become the Ultimate Mage!
But, he was disappointed with Julie's orders.
He had a point;
Theodora was already as much strong as 10 Theodore added and multiplied by 6.
In other words, she was stronger than 60 Thoedore added!
And Alex already knew that Theodore alone was as much powerful as 20 Mage Candidates added, without using magic,
His magic was weaker than his physical powers.
The reason: He had the black belt in Judo, Taekwondo,
Remained national level champion in the field of boxing for 5 years consecutively.
He had achieved such an unachievable feat when he was around nine or ten years old!
If we compare his brute strength to Theodora's magic:
The martial arts of Theodore would be 20 folds powerful than her magic!
So, their strength just cancel out, leaving them approximately equally strong!
(For those who don't know:
Mage candidates are those mages who had graduated from the institutions,
They were the people who have the potential to become the ultimate mage's knights.
And these people take direct orders from the mage knights they are assigned to.
The ultimate mage's knights,
Or simply mage knight, are the people who are under the direct control of the ultimate mage.
There are total of 5 mage candidate.
The ultimate mage can give any orders to them, including mass murder!
But the mage knights have to listen to his orders.
If they didn't, they would lose their title as a hero.
For someone to become one of the mage candidates, they need to do the following:
1. They need to graduate from their respective institutions.
2. They need to clear either the MCST-I (Mage Candidate Selection Test-I) or GEE (General Entrance Exam) or EEMC-I (Entrance Examination for Mage Candidate) with 85% and above score
3. They need to clear the practical examination where the invigilators would check their proficiency in their respective magic and their application.
4. Sit for the ultimate examination: MCST-II (For those who gave MCST-I) or EEMC-II (For those who cleared GEE/EEMC-I)
5. If the result comes above 95%, they are eligible for giving the practical examination where real life fighting will be there.
All the people who lose in the rounds would be stripped off their hero title.
6. After passing the practical examination, they need to give the final examination: The MCST-U (Mage Candidate Selection Test-Ultimate). This exam is for all the people.
It doesn't matter which examination they previously cleared.
7. The top 100 who score 85% and above would be chosen as mage candidate.)
That was the reason why Alex didn't want to spar with Theodora.
However, Julie continued insisting.
But, when Theodora said:
"Hey aunt, why are you nagging him?
If he doesn't want, he would not spar!
However, I have come to just stay here until I am transported to the institution!
I'm not here for unnecessary stress, aunt!
Please forgive me if I hurted you by my words, I'm sorry!"
Julie stopped, sighed, her curves relaxing a bit.
While rubbing her forehead, she said:

She had understood that she was frankly speaking such things.
However, with a sigh, she said,"Hey Theodora, didn't you tell that you know how to cook?
So that's final, I am going to buy some ingredients and you are going to make a delicious food for all of us!
If you fail,
Then you are getting no food alongside your two brothers,
Understand!"
Theodora accepted the challenge!
She has got the opportunity to showcase her culinary skills which she didn't get in her house!
(Let me tell you all a secret:
Theodora comes from a very rich family.
She had secured the first place in a cooking competition.
Also, her family knew about her talent,
But due to having maids for cooking stopped Theodora for cooking!
And Theodora didn't loved her parents after all!
The reason: Constantly ignoring behavior, not being supportive,
Not showing interest in her achievements.
All these reasons made her realise:
Money can not buy peace and happiness in a family!
Let me tell you another secret (Even Theodora is unaware of this fact!):
Theodora is actually the daughter of Julie and Alex was actually the son of Margaret!
First Julie gave her Theodora because Margaret wanted only a daughter.
When Alex was born, Margaret gave him to Julie!
So, in a way, the real siblings are Theodora and Theodore, not Theodore and Alex,
Alex is a cousin of Theodore and Theodora!)
