Chapter 86 - Chapter 86: Voldemort's Conspiracy

Seeing that this kid Ron had actually been fooled into wanting to go set up traps, Harvey spoke up to stop him:

"Calm down, Ron. Are you sure the crude traps you set up will be able to stop Voldemort?"

"Besides knowing how to eat, since when did you know how to build traps?"

"I think it's best if we all hold our ground and wait for Voldemort's true objective to gradually reveal itself."

Having Harvey point this out, Ron also realized that with his half-assed skills, the traps he set would probably only be good for catching magical creatures.

However, he was thick-skinned. He let out a few dry laughs and stopped talking.

Seeing the kid hit so hard he looked like a frostbitten eggplant, Harvey offered a word of comfort.

"It's a good thing to know your own limits. What's most terrifying are the kind of idiots who actually think they're capable, and end up being played to death by Voldemort without even realizing it."

Ron felt even more depressed after being 'comforted'.

Harry Potter patted Ron's shoulder and said with a serious expression, "It's okay. Even if you are as stupid as a troll, I will always consider you my best friend."

It was rare for the constantly troubled Harry Potter to crack a joke. Seeing this, Hermione covered her mouth with a 'pfft' and burst out laughing.

Ron looked at his friends teasing him with great distress. "Could you guys please stop laughing? Trying to figure out a way to investigate Voldemort's conspiracy is the main point here."

Harvey waved his hand, signaling everyone to stop laughing.

"Actually, even if Voldemort is trying a diversionary tactic and attacks the Ministry of Magic or Gringotts, or even America on the other side of the ocean, I can arrive there in an instant."

"Therefore, there's no need for us to wrack our brains trying to investigate Voldemort's conspiracy. We just need to sit tight like Mount Tai and wait for Voldemort to show himself."

Hermione also agreed, "Yes, you guys need to get some good rest and adjust your condition."

"Look at your dark circles. How are you supposed to face Voldemort's Death Eater army in such a haggard state?"

Harry Potter and Ron exchanged a glance, only then realizing they had long been exhausted beyond belief.

Ever since they caught Bellatrix Lestrange yesterday, they hadn't slept for nearly a day and a night in order to track down Voldemort's conspiracy.

"Alright, then we'll head back and rest first. If Voldemort appears, please notify us immediately."

"Of course. Goodbye!"

After a brief farewell, Harry Potter and Ron left in a hurry.

Once they were gone, Hermione's expression turned serious. Although she had been laughing and joking just now, seemingly carefree...

She still cared deeply about Voldemort's conspiracy in her heart.

"Darling, do you have a way to find out what Voldemort's conspiracy is?"

Seeing Hermione still fretting over this, Harvey shook his head indifferently:

"You know me. I've always believed in one absolute truth: as long as your strength is great enough, all conspiracies have nowhere to hide."

Hermione said with a look of compassionate sorrow, "I never worried that Voldemort's conspiracy would succeed. I'm only worried that innocent wizards in the wizarding world will be caught in the crossfire of his conspiracy."

This bleeding-heart saint mentality had to go!

Harvey frowned and said, "If you like showing compassion, then you should go pity those refugees in the war-torn regions of the Middle East!"

"Compared to the refugees suffering from starvation every day, the wizards who possess magic already live incredibly privileged lives."

Hermione stammered, "I don't just like showing compassion, I'm just worried my parents might get caught up in it."

Filial piety is a basic human virtue. Harvey considered this for a moment and suggested:

"Then why not have your parents move to the New World to lay low for a while? We can let them come back once Voldemort is dealt with."

Hermione's eyes lit up, and in her excitement, she gave Harvey a kiss on the cheek.

"That's a really great idea!"

Harvey took the opportunity to pull the approaching beauty into his arms, his hands naughtily resting on her lower abdomen, feeling the soft, fleshy curve.

"Tsk tsk, darling, you seem to have gained a little weight recently?"

"How is that possible? Where am I fat?" Hermione, who always loved beauty and paid strict attention to managing her figure, bristled upon hearing this and threw an elbow backward.

"Alright, darling, I was wrong, you're not fat. A little chubby feels better anyway." Harvey offered perfunctory comfort while his hand slipped lower from her abdomen...

Soon, a pair of cotton panties printed with strawberries was tossed onto the floor...

——————————————

Deep in the night.

King's Cross Station, London.

Platform Nine and Three-Quarters. Death Eaters from all over the world knelt on the ground, looking up at their master with fanatical eyes.

Voldemort was clad in black robes, his pale skin exhibiting a bizarre texture resembling snake scales.

At this moment, he stood before his mass of subordinates, slowly raising his head.

Revealing a cold, ruthless face.

He raised his hands and spoke in a low, deeply bewitching voice:

"Today, we shall wash the wizarding world in blood. We will slaughter every last Mudblood and anyone who dares to resist. We will rebuild the glory of the Pure-bloods and welcome a world that belongs solely to us."

"Go, my children! To make Pure-blood wizards great again, fight to the death!!!"

The morale of all the Death Eaters was immensely boosted, and they shouted in unison: "Fight to the death! Fight to the death! Fight to the death!"

Immediately following that, amidst a chilling atmosphere filled with murderous intent.

One by one, the resolute-faced Death Eaters, their eyes filled with cold malice, orderly boarded the steam train heading to Hogwarts.

Some of the Death Eaters even directly cast Apparition, vanishing on the spot.

Once all his subordinates had set off, Voldemort, who remained standing where he was, suddenly let out a burst of eerie laughter.

"Hehehe... since the plan leaked out, then we'll launch the attack early!"

"No one can stop me from ruling this world. Not Dumbledore, and certainly not that greenhorn who's obsessed with women!"

At that moment, a mocking voice suddenly rang out beside him.

"Idiot! Even though the odds of our plan succeeding are very high, popping the champagne at halftime is incredibly stupid!"

The contradicting voice next to him caused Voldemort to rapidly regain his calm. He cast a disdainful glance at a mysterious figure in black robes hiding in the dim corner on his right.

"Hmph, less nonsense. Why haven't you acted according to the plan yet?"

Simultaneously, another mysterious figure in black robes stepped forward, appearing in the dim corner on his left.

"The great endeavor is not yet complete, yet you smile so happily. Young people truly lack patience!"

The dim light of the magical lamps on the platform wall illuminated the faces of the two mysterious figures in black robes.

If an outsider were present, they would be shocked to discover that the appearances of the two mysterious figures were almost identical.

It was just that one looked relatively younger, while the other appeared more mature.

And Voldemort, standing in the center, had the most youthful appearance, looking to be only around 16 years old.

At this moment, he felt extremely displeased by the mockery from the other two. But for the sake of the great endeavor, he had no choice but to suppress the murderous intent in his heart.

The 17-year-old Voldemort in the right corner spoke coldly: "According to our agreement, I have already obtained Harry Potter's blood."

"Bone of the father, flesh of the servant, blood of the enemy. The ritual materials are all gathered."

"Once the first step of the plan succeeds, we will proceed to resurrect the next 'me'."

The 20-year-old Voldemort said in a chilling tone: "I hope the next resurrected 'me' is a bit smarter. I've had enough of you two idiots a long time ago!"
