Chapter 126: The Security Guard: "Ahem, I didn't see a thing."

.....

Seito felt a wave of clarity after hearing Kanade's words. Fair enough. If Amou wasn't going to school, he could also just relax at home for a bit longer.

"Did you make breakfast, Kanade?"

"Yes." Kanade nodded. "It's Mapo Tofu. Sora and Shiro are already at our place, but they don't seem to want the tofu—they're waiting for you to cook~."

"Ah... about that..." Seito paused. He had almost forgotten his promise to the siblings from the night before. Without another word, he jumped out of bed, got dressed, and hurried out of the bedroom.

Seeing something that made her face flush slightly, Kanade naturally followed behind him. In the living room, Sora and Shiro were both sporting dark circles under their eyes, looking up as Seito emerged.

"Seito! I want Jianbing Guozi (Chinese Crepes)!"

"Seito-ni... Jianbing..."

"Alright, alright." Seeing the siblings in such a state, Seito felt a bit helpless. He turned to Kanade. "Kanade, you head to the Academy first. I'll be there in a bit."

"Okay." Kanade nodded, picked up her bento, and left.

Seito entered the kitchen. Making the crepes was easy enough, but he also wanted to prepare lunch. He planned to eat with Kanade later—either in Class A or by bringing her to Class D—so he decided to make a hearty meat dish: Twice-Cooked Pork!

Twenty minutes later...

Breakfast was ready. Seito brought the crepes to the living room and set them before the siblings. "Here's your breakfast," he said.

Sora grabbed a crepe, took a massive bite, and swallowed. "This is the taste!"

"Mmph, mmph~" Shiro devoured hers like a little wolf, looking incredibly cute.

Seeing this, Seito summoned his pet, Little Sun-Moon.

"Meow~?" The kitten paced elegantly across the floor.

"This is for you." Seito broke off half of his own crepe and handed it to her.

The siblings watched the cat intently. "You can even bring creatures from the game into reality?" Sora asked, amazed. They had seen the pet in-game last night, but seeing it here confirmed that God's Domain was becoming more than just a game.

"Do you think a Prime Deity of a Pantheon has the power to grant Godhood to others?" Seito asked, a thought striking him.

"Grant Godhood? It would be weird if a Prime God couldn't do that!" Sora replied.

Seito nodded. "If that's the case, once I truly become a God, I could potentially make both of you deities as well."

Sora's eyes lit up at the prospect. "Well, that's a long way off. For now, let's just focus on leveling and gear."

After finishing breakfast, Sora headed to the kitchen to do the dishes while Seito grabbed his bento and headed for the door. "Shiro, here's a spare key. There's plenty of Twice-Cooked Pork in the fridge. If you guys get hungry after a nap, help yourselves."

"Mm." Shiro nodded her small head.

Outside the Building.

Seito checked his surroundings. Seeing no one nearby, he used Spatial Movement to vanish. A minute later, he was strolling toward the gates of Sobu High School.

As he approached, he saw Hidenori Tabata and Iori Kitahara standing outside the security office. Curious, he walked over.

"What's up with you two?"

They both looked at him. "Don't ask. There's a new guard today. He doesn't take 'bribes' of cigarettes," Hidenori sighed.

"I see." Seito naturally took his place beside them. As long as he could skip morning self-study, he didn't mind waiting.

A moment later, the door to the office opened, and a guard in his twenties stepped out. He blinked at the trio. "And you are...?"

"I'm late too," Seito replied with a brilliant smile.

"Good!" The guard gave Seito an appreciative look. "This kid has a good attitude! Very self-aware! High spirit!"

Suddenly, a loud, discordant noise erupted from behind the security office.

"Fck! Are you looking for trouble?"

"You're the one looking for trouble, you white-skinned pig! You come to the Japan, hit me with your car, and ask me if I'm looking for trouble? Pay up!"

"Fck, f*ck!"

"You little brat, you think I can't handle you?"

Thud! Bam! Crack!

The sounds of a scuffle reached their ears. Seito and the others exchanged glances and peeked behind the office. A blonde foreigner in a Ferrari was brawling with a young man.

"That guy's accent sounds like he's from Shanghai(China). Maybe he's here in the Sakura Province(Japan) for a vacation?" Seito mused, surprised to hear a familiar dialect.

"Seito, should we jump in? That foreigner is getting a bit too arrogant," Hidenori whispered, a ferocious grin spreading across his face.

Seito nodded and looked at the guard. The guard coughed loudly and looked in the opposite direction. "I didn't see a thing."

Perfect!

The trio burst into laughter and charged forward to help the young man.

"Fck, fck! You're calling for backup! That's cheating!"

"Tsk, tsk. Poor little pig, can't even swear in the local tongue properly."

"Holy crap! Thanks, brothers! Get him!"

"Don't worry! I AM DIO!!"

"MUDA MUDA MUDA...!"

The four of them gave the foreigner a thorough thrashing. Five minutes later, the guard's voice drifted over. "The police patrol is coming!"

The four stopped instantly. Iori Kitahara quickly knelt down, stripped the foreigner's jacket, and swapped it with the young man's. Hidenori smeared some of the foreigner's blood onto the youth. Seito delivered a quick punch to the youth's right eye, knocking him down, and gave his arm a sharp tug.

Snap! Dislocated.

With the scene set, Seito bolted. Hidenori and Iori quickly helped the foreigner to his feet, pretending to be concerned witnesses.

"Holy crap! Someone beat this poor guy up really bad!" Iori shouted, pointing at the "victim" on the ground.
