Chapter 6: A New Horizon
Nilima opened the envelope and saw only one sentence written inside: "Even if all the roads in the world close, the path to my heart will always be open for you. Come back."
Nilima placed her hand on Sayan's. The raindrops seemed to be falling as witnesses to their meeting today. Nilima realized that in love, sometimes you have to lose to win. Setting aside pride and ego, they finally returned to each other.
Sayan smiled, that same enchanting smile from three years ago. He asked, "Can the story be started anew?" Nilima wiped her tears and nodded. On that rain-soaked autumn afternoon, a love story found its fulfillment under the old Krushnachura tree. Some endings are not truly the end, but rather the prologue to a more beautiful beginning.
