Magna crawled out from beneath the collapsed door and looked at Asta and the others being held up like dolls, laughing at them.
"They're the ones who passed the Royal Knights exam. Speaking of which, there's another Black Bulls member who passed, but whatever, let him go on his own."
Magna rubbed his hands and looked at Mereoleona.
"Um, Lady Mereoleona, was that person me?"
Mereoleona Vermillion glanced at him.
"No."

"Magna, don't worry. Joining the Royal Knights will make me stronger. I'll grow by defeating even more powerful opponents," Luck said with a grin.

"Rebecca, stop messing around. Now isn't the time. Something big is about to happen in the kingdom."

Rebecca slowly began removing her clothes, her movements deliberate and teasing. Cedric's restraint snapped as he pulled her closer, his voice dropping.
"You really know how to test me."
Mereoleona led Asta and the others to the outskirts of the Eye of the Midnight Sun's base. The Royal Knights split into squads to take down enemies one by one.
Along the way, they crushed countless low-level enemies, but no real threats appeared.
"Vetto, guests have arrived. Let's go greet them."
The yellow-haired Vetto grinned excitedly.
"Time to teach them despair. Humans all deserve to die."
Rhya smiled lazily.
"Just don't die, Vetto. I wonder if there are any beautiful women among them."
Hage Village
"Master Licht, what should we do now?" Valtos and Ladros knelt respectfully.
Licht spoke calmly.
"We are still missing one Magic Stone. The last one is in the Wizard King's hands. Wait for my command."
"Yes."
"We haven't even done anything. Want to take a break and let us handle it?" Asta said, having not fought at all while watching Mereoleona wipe out enemies effortlessly.
"Hmm?"
Zora turned back and froze.
There were two Asta's.
Asta blinked and looked beside him.
"Eh? Could this be Senior Grey?"
"What? So you brat actually know magic?" Zora frowned at both of them.
"I don't. I don't have any mana at all!"
"Then why did you split into two?"
Mereoleona crossed her arms, staring at them.
"Which one is fake? It even copied the lack of mana."
Both Asta's started arguing loudly about who was real.
Annoyed, Mereoleona threw a massive fireball at both of them.
"Aaaaah! Are you trying to kill me?!"
A black sword cut through the flames as Asta stepped out, smoke rising from his body.
"You're seriously insane."
A shadow emerged from the flames.

Flames wrapped around Mereoleona's arms.

"That's Captain Yami Sukehiro's magic. You're not allowed to copy him," Asta shouted, gripping his swords.
"If it can be copied so easily, it just means that guy hasn't trained enough."

Mereoleona punched straight through the black slash, flames devouring it instantly.
Asta and Zora both stared in disbelief.
"The original is still stronger."
Mereoleona flashed forward and punched Rhya directly in the face.
Fire Magic: Calidus Brachium
Rhya crashed to the ground, but his grimoire flipped again, restoring him with Light Magic.
"He healed again. Fine, let's take him together," Asta said, raising his sword.
A hand grabbed him.
"If you don't want to die, stay back and watch."
Mereoleona stepped forward alone.

Countless light swords rained down from all directions.
Mereoleona coated her arms in mana and shattered every single one.
Rhya's eyes widened.
How is she moving like that?
In an instant, Mereoleona appeared behind him and threw a punch.

He reappeared mid-air, launching a spear of water at her.
The attack exploded on impact with her flames as he leaped aside.

A massive water dragon surged forward.
Mereoleona grabbed it with a flaming claw and shattered it with a single punch.
Steam filled the air.
Behind Rhya, a Fire Salamander appeared.

The flames roared forward, but Mereoleona swatted them aside like nothing.
This woman burned Water Magic and Fire Magic alike. What a pain.
