The ocean was calm again.
Hours had passed since the Titan King fell, its colossal corpse sinking slowly into the depths like a dying mountain. Pieces of its armored flesh drifted through the dark water as sea currents began to reclaim the battlefield.
Inside the cockpit of Guardian Unit G-01, Arin Vale sat quietly.
The adrenaline of battle was fading.
But the system was still glowing.

A wave of blue light flowed across the control panels.
Then a new message appeared.

Arin leaned forward.
"Tier 2?"
Astra appeared beside him as a floating holographic projection.
"Yes, Commander."
Her calm voice echoed through the cockpit.
"The destruction of the Titan King has granted you authority to awaken additional Guardian units."
Arin's eyes widened slightly.
"You mean… there are still more?"
Astra nodded.
"Correct."
She projected a holographic map of the base.
Several enormous chambers appeared beneath the facility.
Each chamber contained a massive silhouette.
Dormant Guardians.
Most were damaged.
But one of them was still intact.
Astra highlighted it.

Status: Dormant
Arin stood up slowly.
"So we're not alone anymore."
Awakening the Second Guardian
Deep inside the base, ancient machinery began activating.
Power lines lit up across the facility walls.
Gigantic cranes moved slowly as mechanical arms prepared the dormant Guardian.
Arin and Astra entered the chamber.
The machine was enormous.
Even larger than G-01.
Its armor was darker, heavier, and designed for brute force combat.
"This one was built for close-range destruction," Astra explained.
Arin walked closer to the machine's foot.
"So how do we wake it?"
The system responded instantly.

Arin hesitated for a moment.
Then he confirmed.
The chamber exploded with light.
The second Guardian's eyes ignited.
