Chapter 6 - Chapter 6: The Pressure of the Sharingan

When Boruto arrived at the usual meeting point for Team 7, he noticed that no one else was there yet.

He looked around in confusion.

"Why hasn't anyone shown up? I arrived on time. With Sarada's personality, she shouldn't be the type to be late."

"What nonsense are you talking about? You're the one who's almost late, and now you're standing here talking to yourself."

Boruto turned toward the voice and saw Sarada walking over. He sighed in relief.

"Sarada, can you stop sneaking up on people like that? You nearly gave me a heart attack."

Sarada folded her arms.

"Konohamaru-sensei has an urgent mission to handle by himself, and Mitsuki seems to have been called away by his parents. So today it's just the two of us."

"In that case," Boruto said, "why don't we just split up and train on our own?"

"That works for me," Sarada replied. "My dad is home today. I'm going to ask him to guide my training."

"Uncle Sasuke is still home?" Boruto's eyes lit up. "If that's the case, I'll come with you."

Sarada looked at him with mild curiosity.

"Why don't you ask your father to train you? Does the Seventh Hokage not even have time for that?"

Boruto scratched his head awkwardly.

"Who knows what he's busy with? All I know is that he comes home very late every night. Sometimes he eats dinner at home, sometimes he just goes straight to bed. I barely even get a chance to talk to him."

Sarada nodded slightly.

"The Seventh Hokage must be extremely busy. In that case, come train with us."

"Sounds great!" Boruto said happily. "Let's go together."

After their conversation, the two of them headed toward the Uchiha residence to find Sasuke.

There was only one family left with the Uchiha name, and the thought always carried a quiet sense of sadness.

"I'm home," Sarada called out as she pushed the door open.

"Sarada, you're back. Boruto is with you too," Sasuke said from inside the house.

He glanced at them calmly.

"Did Konohamaru give you the day off because of a mission?"

"Yes," Sarada replied. "Konohamaru-sensei has an urgent assignment. Dad, I came home to ask if you could guide Boruto and me in training."

Sasuke nodded.

"Alright. Let's go to the training ground."

"Okay," Sarada said as she turned to Boruto. "Let's go."

As they followed Sasuke outside, Boruto quietly muttered to himself,

"I feel like Sarada treats Uncle Sasuke way better than she treats me."

"What did you just say?" Sarada asked sharply.

"Nothing! Nothing at all!" Boruto said quickly. "Let's hurry up and catch up with Uncle Sasuke."

Sarada narrowed her eyes at him.

"I feel like you were definitely talking about me."

"Don't worry about it," Boruto said nervously. "Let's go."

Inside his mind, he thought desperately,

"I can't let her figure it out or she'll punch me."

"Oh. Right," Sarada said as she snapped out of her thoughts and continued walking.

Soon the three of them arrived at the training ground.

Sasuke stood in front of Boruto and Sarada and asked,

"So, Boruto. Sarada. What would you like to train today?"

"Dad, I want to learn one of your techniques," Sarada said immediately.

Sasuke nodded slightly after hearing her answer. Then he turned to Boruto.

"What about you, Boruto?"

Boruto hesitated for a moment before speaking.

"Uncle Sasuke, I actually have a question for you. I think only you might know the answer."

"What is it?" Sasuke asked.

Boruto looked curious as he asked,

"Uncle Sasuke, can your Sharingan use any ocular techniques related to pressure?"

Sasuke raised an eyebrow.

"Why are you suddenly asking about something like that?"

Boruto quickly made up an explanation.

"I was reading a book recently that mentioned some ocular techniques can generate a kind of pressure during training that affects an enemy's fighting ability. But when I asked my mom, she said the Hyuga clan doesn't have any secret technique like that. So I thought maybe you might know something about it."

After hearing Boruto's explanation, Sasuke fell silent for a moment.

"I can try to see," he said calmly.

He activated his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and his Rinnegan, focusing his chakra as he began exploring the possibility of applying such a technique.

Boruto watched him for a moment before sighing quietly.

"Looks like Uncle Sasuke won't be able to teach us anything for a while."

Sarada turned toward him with an annoyed expression.

"That's because you distracted him with that strange question."

She paused, clearly wanting to get angry, but eventually restrained herself.

"…Forget it. Let's just go train nearby on our own."

"Alright," Boruto replied.
