Chapter 1 - Chapter:Frerdom from Tiredness

Rafi sat beside the window, watching the early morning sun slowly rise over the quiet village. His body felt heavy, and his mind was full of exhaustion. For many days he had worked without rest, chasing success, trying to prove himself to everyone around him. But instead of happiness, he found only tiredness.

One day his grandfather noticed the dark circles under Rafi's eyes and the silence in his voice.

"Why do you look so tired, my child?" the old man asked gently.

Rafi sighed. "I want to do many things. I want to succeed quickly. But the more I try, the more tired I become."

His grandfather smiled calmly. "Sometimes tiredness does not come from work. It comes from pressure, worry, and forgetting to care for yourself."

That evening, the grandfather took Rafi for a walk near the river. The cool wind touched his face, and the sound of flowing water made his heart feel lighter.

"Look at the river," his grandfather said. "It moves all the time, yet it never seems tired. Do you know why?"

Rafi shook his head.

"Because it flows naturally. It doesn't rush, and it doesn't force itself. Life is the same. When you rest, breathe, and move step by step, tiredness slowly leaves your heart."

From that day, Rafi changed his habits. He woke up early, took time to rest, spent moments in nature, and stopped comparing himself to others. Slowly, the heavy tiredness inside him began to disappear.

He realized an important truth: freedom from tiredness is not only about sleeping more. It is about living calmly, balancing work with rest, and remembering that peace of mind is just as important as success.

And as the days passed, Rafi felt something he had not felt in a long time—energy, hope, and quiet happiness.
