"Ahhhh!" Lexianna screamed, squeezing her silver eyes shut as tight as she could.
She grabbed the thick sheets with both of her hands and pulled on them as hard as her tired arms could manage. The pain was so big and so sharp. It felt like a giant, heavy elephant was stepping right on her tummy, over and over again.
"I hate this!" Lexianna yelled loudly, throwing her head back onto the fluffy pillows. Her beautiful face was covered in shiny sweat, and her silver hair was sticking to her cheeks. "I am never, ever, ever getting pregnant again! Do you hear me? Never! One baby is enough for a whole lifetime!"
Sybil, the little bird-maid, was completely losing her mind.
