Doctor, and Staff Member: Gabe Tokiumi Hello, my name is is Gabe Tokiumi, a doctor that specializes in Arcane Disease Treatment & Management, or simply A.D.T.M, which means I solely studied and treat, illnesses, ailments, and conditions provoke through a magical mishap, originally I'd thought it was a mistake for my colleagues to recruit me, as part of this facility...but after, dealing with my first patient, along with others...changed my mind, I am needed here.
As for that first patient of mine, his name is Carter Tonnes, still alive...despite his current situation, or as many are forcing me to refer as Subject 2002, I've even heard some people, actually calling him a moniker, a actual moniker!!
Refered as the Host, that infuriated me, but...I don't have time to be angry, Tonnes, Jaimie, Carmen, Wade, Simon, and others...they've suffered, and I'd swore to them, I'll help them, I'll save them, so during my rare moments of peace, I've been studying some scientific medical treatment to better prepare myself, in dealing with my patient...I want to end this log now, I really need a cigarette, so excuse me and signing off...
Good day, this is Dr. Aron James speaking, and this is the fifth log of my history series, as I mentioned in my previous log, I'd like to talk more about the history of this facility of Arcana Menjum, and the forefather of science-craft, Henry Grimm.
Henry Grimm is a pioneer, reopening this facility, and changing it from a vault holding countless magical objects, and sources, that were once deemed to dangerous for the public, and reshaped it for the benefits of mankind, in the year of 1839, he gained his rank of Grandmage, and a prominent scientist in his fields, he lead the revolution of the merger of science and magic, and quite honestly one of my personal idols.
Bringing structure, order, and progress to both fields of science and magic, advancing them to new height, and even managed to repurpose several artifacts, one of those artifacts is the very power core of this facility is the Artifact 0003, real identification κεραυνός, pronounced as keravnos.
Many believe to be the mythological weapon, wielded by the God of Heaven, Zeus, constantly producing energy, and now safely able to be used and interacted with, true genius, that was but the beginning, through Grimm's leadership and vision, the world changed.
[Sigh] After Grimm, managed to restructure the facility, and design many magical, technological marbles that have gone through stages of evolution, the man created one certain device, that still to now is being used.

That relic is the Philosopher Hand, a special glove that can channel elemental magic through a stone, used in various occupations, from construction working, engineering, farming, and even combat, it was a revolutionary creation, one of Mr. Grimm's finest work, and the apex of what science-craft can achieve.
Even till now, my researchers, and historian compare Henry Grimm with the legendary Leonardo Da Vinci himself, I'd say that comparison is right, as my inspiration to pursue the field of Science-craft, I've read many documents, and even books about the man that once was Henry Grimm.
As I stated on a previous log, this facility houses and display many things involving and dedicated to the great man, I even have a old prism cube that it said to be Grimm personal property which he'd toiled with to think, [chuckling] I believe this was Mr. Grimm own form of concentration ritual, regardless he has proven himself a great man, and became immortalized in the annuals of history, I think this is enough for this log, I might continue speaking of Henry Grimm in another log, but for now this should suffice, this is Dr. Aron James, history series log 5 finished, signing off.
Doctor, Aron James speaking and this is a log series of the history of Arcana Menjum, number 6, last time I covered a bit more on the pioneer Henry Grimm, for now I'll give it a rest on that subject, I'll return to it at a later time, now I want to talk about the artifact that power this facility itself.
In the previous log, I briefly mention it, the magical artifact believed to be wielder by Zeus of Olympus, in truth most of the "Ancient Gods", weren't deities, but imaginably powerful magic caster, that rouse to fame through deed and admiration of the masses, as for some reason those times magic user were scarse, and hence mythology and fiction reigned.
[Background: I believe I found another subject to talk about on a future log.] Hence the Age of the Gods, as many historians call that time is more fantastical in nature, regardless many artifacts that are kept in this facility, are mostly linked to that age, and the Artifact 0003, the Keravnos was discovered during a excavation in the famed mountain, long, long ago, a artifact with a form of pure, raw energy that those that came in direct contact with it, all disintegrated, many believe that Robert Oppenheimer, the father of the Atomic Bomb was inspired in making that weapon of mass destruction, through studying this volt.
But let's return to the main subject, the Keravnos itself, after Henry Grimm studied the artifact for a long time, using science along with some magical techniques, he was able to uncover the power that Keravnos holds to be energy production through particle absorbtion, a magical formation that uses quantum physics, to power magic into pure energy.
That's right, one of the most powerful artifact could be said to be ancient science-craft, no one has yet to discover it in depth origins, since myth rewrote truth and fact, so after Sir Grimm, discovered this and using inspiration from another great genius Nikolai Tesla, Grimm used Tesla's research in electricity, and conduction of energy to make a giant electrical coil to house and distribute the constant flowing energy of a ancient artifact into the very veins of this facility, and still to this day one of the greatest contributions of the field of science-craft, [sigh] I still gasp in awe, when I see that core, safety placed deep within this facility, under the constant watch and care of the Engineering Division.
Truly magnificent...the understanding and safe use Keravnos, it was just one of the achievements that Henry Grimm accomplished in his life, if not for the limitations of science at that time...he could achieve a lot more, and maybe found solution to the other artifact store here...but that responsibility, along with treating these patients that have fallen victims to magical mistakes, [sighing] I believe I've said enough for this log, and possibly in the future I'll talk about other artifacts that Sir Grimm, has manage to repurpose, regardless this is Dr. James, history series log 6 end, signing off.
