Fighting and being apart multiple treatments, but her aggressive type of skin cancer was too volatile and she was immediately hospitalized and now she's on her way here, after a immediate negative reaction to the experimental treatment, that she willingly accepted, not that I'd blame her...this woman, this mother is a fighter, in everyway...kinda reminds me of my own sister, so when she was at her lowest, and offered a lifeline to keep fighting, she'd accepted without question.

DAY 8. This is Gabe Tokiumi speaking, I've just finished checking on Tonnes, and Jaimie, right now I'm on my way to check on Miss Bella, this marks my fifth meeting with my new patient, she is starting to look more healthier, on my first contact with her...or as Dr. James and the rest of my colleagues are so adamant of addressing her, Subject 0906...she look gravely unwell, in fact I doubted she'd live through her first night in this facility.
But now, her skintone is slowly restoring itself to a more healthier glow, and all the skin marks and spots that were signs of skin cancer, are slowly receding, along with her strength also being slowly recuperate, Miss Bella, has been able to communicate without much discomfort from pain, or breathing issues.
Tests have shown that her cancerous cells, are slowly receding in number, and the damage cause by years of cancer, and chemotherapy is healing at a slow pace, but I'm personally uncomfortable with her healing...no anti-cancer medication, both science-based or magical have ever been this effective, it's...unprecedented and untested, in my field...that leads to horrible aftermaths, best not talk about this, I'm right now about to see Miss Bella.

I have given Carmen some nutrient boosters, and antibiotics to help her fight back against her illness, and regain her diminished strength, apart from that nothing else aside extreme recuperating of heath, she isn't showing any other negative aftereffects...as for her contacting her son?

Recorded Changes Skintone-Slowly recuperating well. Other Changes-Subject has started showing mutation, through injuries, during a accident that broke her hand, it twisted as it healed enlongating those fingers and reshaping the hand itself. Post Note-After this incident, greater care and caution while attending to the subject has increased.
DAY 31. [Sighing, exhale] Gabe Tokiumi speaking, my patient Carmen has gone into constant surge of mutation cause by damage that she suffered, through her hospitalization here...
The first incident was during a check-up, everything was going as normal for dealing with her, when another patient...his name is Wade Kert, or as many cruelly call him, the Amalgamation broke out his room, and attacked many people, despite her weakened state Carmen ever a protective police officer, she tried to help and save the lives of the guards, trying to restrain...what Wade has become.
During that encounter, she suffered a brutal injury, her right hand was utterly destroyed, and the...Amalgamation was recaptured, for a days Carmen was untold amount of agony, as her hand didn't heal...right...her finger enlongated, becoming stronger and malformed, something less then human, she feel into shock after that happened, that was her first true sign of mutation.
[Sighing, long breathe] After the second incident...which was the first time Carmen became aggressive, demanding that we let her talk to her son, when the ordelies try to restrain and I tried to calm her down, she feel and hit her head...a nasty gash and even some micro fracturing in her head...this started a process of mutation, her head is mutation, a twisted form of regeneration and I'd say reconstruction of her body...because of this, I made it clear.

Update File on Subject 0906, DAY 70 Name: Carmen Bella Assignation: Subject 0906, the Mutant Age: 31. Gender: F. Haircolor: Red. Eyecolor: Greenish-yellow. Recorded Changes Skintone-Paleness started to form around the right hand, forehead, and spine, sites of old injuries. Other Changes-Subject has suffered great injuries, that results in extreme mutation, a enlongated malformed right hand with extra joints to accommodate the lengthened digits, head swelling with her left eye swollen shut, another injuries was torn pectoral and back muscles, causing extreme muscle reshaping along with spine pertrution, all these mutations is causing discomfort both physically and mentally to Subject. Post Note-Scans have shown that the reason that the Subject's pain and discomfort is brought by, a still not completed mutation.
DAY 73. Gabe Tokiumi speaking, I've done my round of checking on my patients, with the final patient of the day being Carmen, who is currently strapped onto her bed, for her own safety any injury will lead to mutation, that hasn't finished.
Many have come to call her the Mutant, [Background: Emotionless bastards...] every time I go to see her, she plead me not for relief, or help to treat her, but to talk to her son...truly a heartbreaking plead.
Honestly I tried many times to get some approval for Carmen to talk to her son, a small mercy for a poor sick woman, but all my superiors refuse every time I made this request, [long breathe] Dr. Lorein is on my side, but also not...telling me it might be more traumatic allowing Carmen speak to her son in such a state, could be detrimental to her mental health.
With her being in such a emotional unstable state, she could harm herself...and in turn cause her to mutate herself, I understand Lorein point of view, but it can also be said that, depriving her of her wish, could also cause a great trauma...God, talk about no good ending.

DAY 78. This is Dr. Anna Lorein, I reviewing file on Subject 0906, real name Carmen Bella, also designated the Mutant, who is suffering from a affliction with a specific trigger, grave damage suffered on the subject, for a month and a week, Subject 0906 has pleaded to contact her young son.
While I'd normally be one of the first to speak for, this plead to be fulfilled, [scrambling notes] files on Subject 0906, has shown clear signs of emotional instabilities, and quite possible depression, tittering on the pressifice of falling into a suicidal mind state, while my colleague Tokiumi has a good heart and empathy, the dark signs of depression are quite clearly shown by Subject 0906.
