Chapter 4 - Chapter 7 — The Demon Sword

Nine years ago, something strange appeared in God Valley.

In the middle of a battlefield scarred by ancient wars stood a sword.

Half of its blade was buried deep in the earth, its dark metal reflecting faint purple light. Beside it stretched a massive ravine — a deep ravine that dropped into endless darkness.

No one knew how the sword had arrived there.

But many had tried to claim it.

Warriors, mages, and knights from different kingdoms attempted to pull the blade from the ground.

None succeeded.

The sword never moved.

According to the legends, the blade belonged to a legendary warrior, and only its true master could wield it.

So for nine long years the sword stood there untouched.

Waiting.

The Past

When Leo first arrived at God Valley with the strategist division, the strange sword immediately caught his attention.

From the camp he could see it standing alone on the battlefield near the ravine.

Leo pointed toward it.

"Why is there a sword just standing in the middle of the battlefield?"

Beside him stood Seraphine Vale, the shadow assassin of the elite warriors.

"That sword?" she replied calmly.

"It belonged to a legendary warrior its called red raven ."

Leo frowned.

"Then why is it still there?"

Seraphine crossed her arms.

"Because no one can wield it."

"Many tried. Not a single one could lift it."

"They say only its true owner can use it."

Leo looked at the sword again.

For a moment he felt something strange.

But then the preparations for war began, and he pushed the thought aside.

The Voice

Now the battlefield was burning.

Magic explosions echoed across the valley while soldiers clashed in brutal combat.

Inside the command area Leo suddenly froze.

He heard something.

A voice.

"…You finally arrived."

Leo looked around in confusion.

"Who said that?"

Elias stared at him.

"What are you talking about?"

"Didn't you hear that voice?" Leo asked.

Elias shook his head.

"No."

Leo stayed silent.

Two minutes passed.

Then the voice came again.

"Come outside."

Leo slowly stepped out of the command camp.

The battlefield stretched before him.

Thousands of soldiers fighting.

Flames.

Ice storms.

Lightning strikes.

Chaos everywhere.

Leo clenched his fists.

What am I supposed to do here…?

Then the voice spoke again.

"I can tell you about your past."

Leo froze.

His heart started beating faster.

"My… past?"

"I can also help you win this war."

Leo whispered quietly.

"Who are you?"

The answer came clearly.

"Wield me."

Leo looked across the battlefield.

And then he saw it.

The sword.

The same sword that had stood in the valley for nine years.

"You…"

The voice continued.

"I am the blade you seek."

Leo stared at it.

"If you promise to tell me about my past…"

"I'll wield you."

The voice answered calmly.

"I promise."

The Run

Leo turned toward one of the elite warriors nearby.

"Help me reach that sword."

The warrior nodded without hesitation.

They charged into the battlefield together.

Enemy soldiers rushed toward them.

Arrows flew through the air.

Leo moved quickly, dodging attacks while cutting through enemies with precise strikes.

Several times blades nearly hit him.

But the elite warrior fighting beside him blocked the attacks, protecting Leo as they advanced.

Step by step they pushed through the battlefield.

Finally—

Leo reached the sword.

He grabbed its handle.

For a moment…

nothing happened.

Then—

BOOOOOOM

A massive explosion of lightning erupted across God Valley.

The sky turned purple.

The ground shook violently.

Both armies stopped fighting instantly.

Everyone turned toward the source of the explosion.

Dust filled the battlefield.

A figure stood inside the lightning storm.

Purple eyes glowing through the smoke.

Slowly the dust cleared.

And there stood Leo.

But something had changed.

Lightning surrounded his body like living energy.

His eyes glowed with deep purple light.

Infinite mana surged through him.

Across the battlefield the King of the Obsidian Dominion stepped forward.

"Well, well…" the king said with interest.

"A new toy has appeared."

Then his expression suddenly changed.

His eyes widened.

"No…"

"That blade…"

"The red raven ?!"

The Fall of the King

Before the king could react—

Leo moved.

He appeared directly in front of him.

The king raised his weapon, releasing waves of ice and iron magic.

But Leo was faster.

A single flash of lightning cut through the air.

SHHHK

For a moment nothing happened.

Then a thin red line appeared across the king's neck.

The next second—

His entire head separated from his body.

The King of the Obsidian Dominion collapsed to the ground.

The battlefield froze.

Both armies stared in complete shock.

Leo stood silently.

Then suddenly—

He began to laugh.

At first it was quiet.

Then louder.

Then uncontrollable.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

Lightning exploded around him.

His laughter echoed across the valley.

The soldiers stepped back in fear.

This was not the Leo they knew.

Sam stared at him in disbelief.

"…Leo?

But Leo didn't stop laughing.

His purple eyes looked toward the massive ravine beside the battlefield.

The deep ravine dropped into darkness.

Without warning—

Leo jumped.

Sam's eyes widened in horror.

"LEO!!"

Sam ran toward the edge of the ravine.

But it was too late.

Leo had already fallen into the darkness below.

Sam reached the edge and looked down.

Nothing.

Only endless darkness.

The battlefield stood silent.

No one understood what had just happened.

But one thing was certain.

The war of God Valley had just changed forever.
