Chapter 93 - 93

Chapter 93 Luffy bravely withstands divine punishment and recognizes Enel as his relative."Don't speak the truth! That's called charisma!"

Luffy rolled his eyes at Usopp, then instantly changed his expression, waving to Waver with a deeply moved look: "Yo! Good bro! We're here to cause trouble as promised!"

Waver, trembling with emotion, cried out to Luffy with a guilty look, "Sorry! I wanted to ring the Golden Bell before you arrived, but I was too late!"

"Oh, it's no big deal," Luffy waved his hand magnanimously, "We're brothers! Let's go, today we'll crush Appaard! We'll make Enel our underling! And finally, we'll ring the Golden Bell together!"

Waver, his blood boiling, roared, "Alright!!"

The other Straw Hat crew members and the Shandian warriors behind Waver had expressions that were as varied as if they'd swallowed flies.

The mantis-like man with goggles, Kamachi, secretly nudged the female warrior next to him, Lachi: "Is this the descendant of the legendary liar Noland?"

Lachi rolled her eyes helplessly: "Who knows? He doesn't look very bright."

Meanwhile, the little girl Aisha, following behind Lachi, stared at Luffy with a terrified expression. She possessed powerful Observation Haki, and in her perception, the aura emanating from Luffy was terrifyingly suffocating.

"Yehahahaha..."

"I never expected a bunch of rats to gather in the cage on their own. This saves me a lot of trouble finding them."

A strange laugh, seemingly crackling with electricity, suddenly pierced everyone's ears.

Immediately afterward, a blinding flash of lightning appeared, and God Enel, carrying four thunder drums and wielding a golden staff, materialized before them!

"Hahaha, mortals, you have committed a first-degree murder! Attacking a priest is an act of divine provocation, a declaration of war against me!"

Enel squinted, a mocking expression on his face as he surveyed Luffy and Waver's group.

"That old senile god of the past actually broke his oath for a bunch of ants like you. Utterly foolish... Hahahaha."

"The past god? These days, there are elections for gods?"

Nami looked at Enel with a bewildered expression. "Seriously, this is the god here? His earlobes are practically drooping to his shoulders..."

"You mean that old man Gan Fall?"

Luffy looked at Enel, whose chuunibyou (delusional) aura was overflowing, and a playful smile curled at the corner of his lips.

To put it bluntly, Enel is just a delusional teenager who was bullied by the Sky Islanders because he didn't have wings, and then turned the tables and killed them all.

When he first arrived in the Land of Gods, Gan Fall voluntarily abdicated, so Enel didn't pursue him to the bitter end.

This time, for some reason, Gan Fall went back to Apayado, only to run right into Enel's line of fire.

At this moment, Luffy completely disregarded the "traitor" named Conis beside him.

"Enel is a monster who suddenly descended upon the Land of Gods six years ago. He challenged God, crushed everything with absolute power, and usurped the throne to become the new god."

Waver explained to Nami in a deep voice.

"Huh? You can get a god by fighting and stealing it?!"

Nami instantly went berserk, clutching her head and yelling, "What kind of god is this?! He's just a local tyrant who rules the mountains!"

"Local tyrant? Hmm, according to your Qinghai logic, that's not entirely wrong."

Waver nodded thoughtfully.

Enel, perched high in the treetop, instantly became annoyed. His brow furrowed, and he shouted at Nami, "Insolence! I am a god! An all-knowing and all-powerful god!"

"Oh, let me give you a heads-up," Luffy said calmly, pointing at Enel, "this guy ate the strongest Logia-type Devil Fruit, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit, which allows him to eavesdrop on your thoughts using electromagnetic waves."

Luffy pointed at Enel, giving away the spoiler with an air of nonchalance.

Although Zoro and the others hadn't rehearsed, they all mentally cursed Enel in unison, "Idiot!"

Enel's calm face instantly flushed red, and he roared furiously, "You bunch of ants, do you want to die?!"

Zoro and the others immediately showed expressions of amazement: "Holy crap! He can actually hear it! That's insane!"

Luffy: "..."

"Are you guys stupid..."

"Inazuma!"

Enel completely lost his patience. With a flick of his wrist, a straight bolt of lightning shot out from his palm, heading straight for Zoro and the others.

"Whoa! What the hell is that?!"

Nami screamed, instantly hiding behind Luffy like an ostrich.

Zoro's eyes narrowed, and he was about to draw his sword to meet the attack head-on.

Luffy grabbed his hand: "Hey! Are you out of your mind? That was lightning! You tried to cut it with a steel sword? You've got a death wish!"

Luffy took a step forward, his entire arm instantly covered in a layer of jet-black Armament Haki. With a casual slap, he dispersed the lightning strike as easily as swatting a fly.

"What!?"

Enel's previously arrogant expression instantly crumbled, his eyes widening in disbelief. "What did you just do?"

Luffy opened his arms, a benevolent smile like that of the Virgin Mary appearing on his face. He called out affectionately to Enel, "I'm your long-lost brother!"

Upon hearing this, Enel's face instantly turned ashen. "So, the bastard who hacked into my mind was you!"

"Hey, don't be so rude! What do you mean by 'hacking'? It was our brotherly connection, a link of love."

Luffy chuckled, making up a lie.

Waver and the Shandian warriors behind him were dumbfounded, their heads buzzing.

This guy is Enel's older brother? That's too far-fetched!

Luffy then began his performance, vividly fabricating a story about how his family accidentally lost Enel on the sky island of Birka during a voyage, causing his brother to suffer scorn because he didn't have wings.

His tone was so sincere, and his story so convoluted, that everyone present couldn't help but look at Enel with pity.

Enel's forehead was covered in black lines, and his mouth twitched wildly.

"You're asking for it! I'm not your brother!"

Enel roared angrily: "Million Volts - Discharge!"

With a crackling sound, an even thicker bolt of lightning shot straight into Luffy's face.

"This kid, why is he so rebellious?"

Luffy shook his head helplessly.

He extended his right hand, his fingertips also crackling with lightning, and a bolt of lightning shot out in perfect unison, colliding with Enel's attack and canceling it out completely.

Enel suddenly remembered that this guy could also control lightning.

But the Shandians didn't know that!

They stared at Luffy in shock, their minds racing: Could this guy really be Enel's brother?!

Only the Straw Hat crew were dumbfounded. As their own people, they knew perfectly well that Luffy was Garp's legitimate grandson, and had absolutely no connection to this long-eared monster.
