Kai remembered Professor Hera explaining to the class about the AAA.
In the entirety of the Cloud Colonies within the First Sky, the AAA has absolute authority.
Even though they were mainly known to regulate—and ensure the required supplies for the Demons remained constant, their influence reached more than that. Of course, the academies have their own liberty to handle their own matters.
But that doesn't mean the AAA ignored the matters involved.
Anything that happened within the Cloud Colonies, known by the academies or not, the AAA would know. So, the fact that Spissos was able to enter Eventide Academy's hive and touch the people there meant the AAA gave champions of each academy more leeway.
Of course, there should be a limit to how far the champions could go.
Kai wasn't certain about the limit, but he had a guess.
As long as it didn't disrupt the supply chain, then the AAA wouldn't intervene.
