"Oh, please, don't apologize, I came around that corner like I had somewhere to be." The girl waved both hands, batting it away. "Which I do. But that's hardly your problem. I walk into things constantly. Once I walked straight into a horse."
"...A horse?"
"It was standing very still! It looked like a wall." She laughed, bright. "So really, this is a step up. You're at least a person."
"It was my fault. I wasn't watching where I was going."
