"Do you have any concerns, ma'am?" Katarina asked. "You clearly have opinions. Let's hear them. I'll wait."
Samara lit up at the invitation, which Katarina had counted on. A heckler you ignore owns the room. A heckler you hand a microphone has to actually perform.
"My concern, Signora, is that it's shut." Samara spread her hands. "You're asking me to believe in cold I can't feel. Open it up. Let me put my hand in and feel the chill come off it right now, and I'll buy the first one myself."
"And the moment I open it, the cold leaves, and you've learned that I can chill a box for the 3 seconds the lid's up. The seal is the whole product. You're asking me to break the thing to prove it isn't broken." Katarina got a few nods for that. "I'll give you a better deal. Tomorrow it's still shut, and you open it, and you judge the fish."
