Chapter 30:
Travis slowly opened his eyes and looked around. He saw that he was laying on his back, in a bed, that was in a lovely room. Travis looked around the room and saw Arwen, sitting at his beside. Her eyes were closed and she didn't move, so Travis expected she had fallen asleep. With the strength that he had, Travis moved his hand over to her side. When he touched her, Arwen opened her eyes and looked down.
"Hi!" Said Travis.
"Travis!" Replied Princess Arwen as she grabbed his hand.
"Where am I? What happened?" Said Travis.
"Sauron got you pretty good, to where you lost a lot of oxygen to the brain. Sadron found me and took me to you. I brought you here to Rivendell. My father has been tending to you." Replied Princess Arwen.
Travis closed his eyes and took a deep breath. He felt Arwen gently touch his hand, which sent chills down his spine. Travis opened his eyes and smiled at her. Then, it hit him. Where is Sadron?
"Where is Sadron? Is he okay?" Said Travis.
"Yes, he is. In fact, he is being quite spoiled by the hobbits in the stables, as we speak. And I recovered your dual blades and bow and arrow." Replied Princess Arwen.
"Of course he is. Well perhaps he deserves it, and thank you." Said Travis.
Travis sat up from the bed, so he could see Arwen eye to eye. He was definitely sore and bruised when he moved, but other than that he couldn't find anything else wrong with him. He squeezed Arwen's hand tight.
"What is it?" Replied Princess Arwen.
"I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done. For proving that I wasn't the dark and cold hearted person that my father created. And thank you for showing me Middle Earth and who the real enemy was. I don't know what things would be like if I didn't meet you. I love you Arwen." Said Travis.
Princess Arwen gently kissed him on the lips.
"I love you too." Replied Princess Arwen.
For a couple of minutes everything was quiet as they stared at each other. Arwen was so calm and loving. Travis could get lost in her eyes.
A tear fell down his face, that Arwen gently wiped away. She then kissed him on the forehead before kissing him once again on the lips. Then, she brought him into her chest for a hug, as he cried into her chest.
"It's okay. I've got you now." Said Princess Arwen.
