The next morning, Raju visited a small cyber café in town. He asked about basic computer courses. The fee was not high, but for his family, even a small amount mattered.
His father surprised him.
"If this helps your future, we will manage," he said.
Those words gave Raju strength.
He started learning basic computer operations — typing, MS Word, Excel, internet browsing. At first, he felt slow and embarrassed. Other students were younger and faster. But he did not quit.
He practiced every day.
Slowly, his confidence returned. He improved his English by watching videos and reading simple articles. He learned how to send emails and create a proper resume.
For the first time in months, he felt progress.
The journey was not easy. Some neighbors mocked him.
"Computer course? Will that give you a government job?" they laughed.
