Scene 1: The Flame That Didn't Die
After Arman Kader's death, the city changed.
The media reported it as a warehouse fire.
A suspected criminal killed in an explosion.
But Ruel knew—
It wasn't over.
At dawn, they were hiding in an old roadside motel outside the city.
Ruel stood by the window.
Dark circles under his eyes. Exhaustion in his body.
But inside him—something unsettlingly calm.
"Are you okay?" she asked.
Ruel replied quietly,
"I thought killing him would end everything. But nothing feels different."
She looked at him carefully.
"Because Arman was only one piece."
"What do you mean?"
She placed an old file on the table.
On the cover, it read:
Project Ash Crown
Ruel frowned.
"What is that?"
"The Fire organization isn't just a business network," she said slowly.
"They're building something."
"What?"
Her eyes darkened.
"Not just weapons…
People."
Scene 2: Lost Truths
She took a deep breath.
"When I was with them, we were told we were cleansing the city. Removing the weak."
Ruel's jaw tightened.
"Was my family weak?"
She lowered her head.
"No. Your father discovered something."
Ruel froze.
"Discovered what?"
"They were developing a technology to control fire at a biological level. But your father tried to stop it."
Ruel's breathing grew heavy.
"So the fire that night… wasn't an accident."
"No," she whispered.
"It was a warning."
Scene 3: A New Name
Inside the file were photographs.
Faces Ruel didn't recognize.
Except one—marked with red ink.
Dr. Saif Rahman.
"Who is he?" Ruel asked.
"He was the lead scientist of the project. Arman only funded it. The real architect… is Saif."
"Where is he?"
She pointed at a map.
On the edge of the city—
An abandoned research facility.
"Something is still running there."
Ruel's eyes burned.
"Then that's where we're going."
Scene 4: Fracture Between Them
That night, Ruel couldn't sleep.
He sat alone on the balcony.
She stepped beside him.
"Are you telling me everything?" Ruel suddenly asked.
She hesitated.
"I don't know," she admitted quietly.
"Because I don't even know everything myself."
Ruel studied her face.
"Would you ever go back to them?"
She flinched.
"I'm not part of the fire anymore."
"But the fire is still inside you."
Silence.
Then she took his hand.
"If I ever lose myself to the darkness… would you stop me?"
Ruel didn't look away.
"I'll save you."
Scene 5: The Laboratory
They parked near the abandoned lab.
From the outside, it looked dead.
Inside—
Lights.
Ruel whispered,
"They're still operating."
As they entered—
Strange machines. Glass chambers. Blue light pulsing.
Inside one chamber—
A human body.
Eyes closed.
Wires embedded into skin.
Suddenly—
The eyes snapped open.
Glowing red.
Ruel's chest tightened.
"They're turning people into fire…"
She whispered.
Then—
A voice echoed through the speakers.
"Welcome."
A figure stepped out from the shadows.
White coat. Calm smile.
" I've been expecting you."
Dr. Saif Rahman.
Scene 6: The Game Evolves
"You have no idea what you've begun," Saif said calmly.
Ruel stepped forward.
"You killed my family."
Saif tilted his head slightly.
"Your family was a necessary loss. For a greater future."
She lunged forward.
Flames burst from her hand.
But—
Saif smiled.
He pressed a button.
Chains shot up from the floor, wrapping around her.
Electricity surged.
She screamed.
"Your power," Saif said softly,
"I helped design it. Do you really think you can defeat me?"
Ruel's vision turned red.
The air around him vibrated.
Suddenly—
Glass shattered behind them.
The fire-altered human broke free from the chamber.
It screamed and lunged at Ruel.
This time—
Ruel didn't step back.
He didn't hesitate.
The veins in his arms began glowing faint red.
Something inside him—
Was awakening.
He stepped forward.
Fire clashed against fire.
The laboratory shook violently.
Saif stood in the background, smiling.
"Yes… this is what I wanted. Evolution."
Final Scene
An explosion tore through the facility.
Flames swallowed the lab.
Ruel grabbed her, and they ran through a dark corridor.
Behind them, Saif's voice echoed:
"You can't escape. Ash Crown has only begun."
They burst outside into the night air.
Breathing hard.
Looking toward the city skyline.
In Ruel's eyes now—
There was no longer just revenge.
There was war.
