After solving the soil problem, work started again with more care and better planning.The new foundation design was stronger. Extra support was added in the weak section. Water drainage was improved. This time, Arjun did not take any risk.
Days turned into weeks. Weeks turned into months.Slowly, the structure began to rise from the ground. Strong pillars stood tall. Concrete slabs were placed perfectly. Workers followed safety rules strictly.Arjun visited the site every morning and stayed until late evening. He checked every detail — from steel alignment to curing process.
People in the area started noticing the project.
Some local contractors who once doubted him now came to see the progress. Even investors were impressed by the quality of work.
One day, a senior construction consultant visited the site. After inspection, he said,
"This building is strong. Whoever planned this did a smart job."
Arjun smiled quietly.
Finally, the day arrived.
The building was completed.
The glass panels reflected the sunlight beautifully. The entrance looked modern and powerful. Everything was clean, strong, and well-finished.
At the inauguration ceremony, many important people attended. Investors appreciated his leadership. Workers respected him more than ever.
But the biggest reward was not money.
It was reputation.
Now people did not call him "young and inexperienced."
They called him "reliable."
