The carriage tore down the road, making good speed towards the group's destination. Aurora stared out the window, watching the trees whizz by, thinking to herself. We should make it in about two days, if we can manage to keep up our current pace. My gut is telling me it won't be that easy though.
Her eyes focused on the tree stumps they kept passing, evidence that something was afoot around this area. Let's just hope it's nothing. She turned her attention to Stella, who also seemed to have a similar idea to hers, with a serious expression.
"So, Stella. Has your Lady contacted you yet?"
Stella shook her head. "No, all attempts to speak with her have been ignored recently."
"Isn't that a terrible sign?" Camilla inquired, her eyebrow raised.
Stella merely shrugged. "Honestly, I have no clue. It could be that, but it could just be that she is preoccupied with a guest. The goddesses often meet up to discuss who knows what after all."
