After quickly finishing their meal, the group found a shady spot to rest. They didn't go back to their dorms.
Lying on the thick branches of a large tree, they all closed their eyes, drowsy.
Just as they were about to fall asleep, the sound of a conversation suddenly drifted up from below.
"Is it really okay for us to be doing this?"
a male voice asked, laced with anxiety.
"What's not okay about it? Let's just do it and get it over with."
Another voice chimed in, its impatient tone startling the group awake.
"What if we get caught?" the first voice asked, full of fear. "We'll die."
"Are you a man or not? Why are you so afraid of dying?" the other retorted.
The two went back and forth, but they never got to the point.
The five in the tree were speechless. Feng He raised her hand and gestured to the others.
'What kind of big deal are these two planning?'
Shi Feng gestured back: 'No idea. It involves life and death, so it's probably nothing good.'
