Tang Mo had the idea to release the flock of sheep the moment she walked into the tent.

Hulan Base's population wasn't large, and the mutant sheep had a terrifyingly high reproductive rate. The small base simply couldn't sustain so many sheep.

Both the space required to raise them and the food the flock needed were major problems.

The vast grasslands, on the other hand, were full of food for them. Instead of trying to control the flock's breeding because they lacked the manpower to gather enough food, it was better to release them back onto the steppe.

In truth, Tang Mo wasn't doing this solely for the Bear Clan.

As Tang Mo saw it, the current conflict between humans and the Bear Clan was a problem that could be completely solved by releasing the sheep.

That way, the humans wouldn't get bored from being well-fed and go looking for trouble, and the Bear Clan wouldn't be so hungry that they had no choice but to steal sheep.
