Alaric Davenport took them and saw they were photos.
"My husband took these when Mrs. Davenport and Mumu were visiting. It was such a heartwarming scene. Your wife is so beautiful, and Mumu completely inherited the best of both of you. They look good in every shot."
Mrs. Cook said with a smile.
Alaric Davenport looked at the two of them, their smiles brilliant in the photos. Many of the shots captured her beauty, and his gaze softened, the corners of his mouth turning up unconsciously.
"These will be very useful. Thank you."
Mrs. Cook nodded. "No, we're the ones who are grateful. It's nice to have you visit us two old folks. Especially after what happened today. If Mrs. Davenport hadn't said something to my husband and called a family doctor for us, we probably would've missed the critical window of time."
Alaric Davenport gave a slight nod. "I'll arrange for a family doctor for you. It's better to have someone looking after you."
