"Alright, I'll invite our dear Lumos to join us." Bill Holden's expression grew serious as he added the leader of King's top team to the video call.
Ivy Holden looked at the dark, slight figure on the screen and had her doubts. But he had been personally dispatched by King, so she couldn't object. Besides, his build was much smaller than average; if he was agile, he would indeed be better suited for a rescue mission.
"Hey, pretty lady! A pleasure to meet you." Lumos waved at Ivy Holden through the screen.
"Hello. I'm counting on you for what comes next." Ivy Holden pressed her palms together in front of the screen.
"No problem. You can trust me," Lumos said, looking utterly confident.
Next, Bill Holden had Ian Rowan hack the surveillance system in the manor's main building and patch the feed through for Lumos to see.
Ivy Holden, Bill Holden, and Lumos went over the details repeatedly. After half an hour, they had settled on two plans.
