After explaining his thoughts, Lin Chu began to dig into his breakfast.
'Financing?'
'Money?'
'That's not my real goal. My cash flow is more than sufficient; I don't need it at all.'
'What I want is to pull everyone from the Unity Association, represented by You Shaoqiang, onto my ship. To share connections, resources, and influence.'
'I used to be a nobody.'
'Now, at least in Dubai, I can have my own turf.'
You Shaoqiang stared at Lin Chu, his eyes fixed on him. For a moment, he couldn't quite figure out if there was any truth to his words.
Lin Chu kept saying he was short on money and facing powerful enemies... but looking at him now, he was clearly riding a wave of success. Where was the slightest sign of a downturn?
Besides, he spoke with an intimidatingly grandiose tone.
"This is a huge matter. I need to discuss it with my family and my brothers..."
You Shaoqiang said cautiously, taking a deep breath.
"Sure, no rush. Let me know when you've made up your mind."
