But for a project of this scale, every single detail regarding expenditures and potential revenue had to be hashed out.
Mission Hills had extremely rich experience with large-scale tournaments. They possessed a complete cost and revenue model that involved hundreds of parameters.
LC had none of that.
The situation often left them on the back foot.
