The loud shout drew the gazes of Shi Wei, as well as the male and female at the neighboring stall.

Huai Xu pressed his lips together and hummed softly in response.
Shi Wei glanced from him to Su Yu, an unreadable glint in his eyes.
Su Yu didn't dwell on the matter and went back to selling vegetables with Shi Wei.
Huai Xu sat silently behind them, his gaze fixed on Su Yu as he watched her and Shi Wei.
Perhaps it was because Su Yu's vegetables were fresher than those at the other Beastman stalls, or maybe because they were a product of her system and simply tasted better than other wild greens. Whatever the reason, quite a few Beastmen came to buy them, mostly females and herbivorous types.
