Shi Li buried her face completely, wishing she could crawl under the table.
"It's too exhausting. I can barely handle one," Shi Li's voice was muffled. It wasn't that she couldn't try, but she was afraid of how much of a mess she'd be. Just one of them was already a struggle.
The thought of so many of them at once was terrifying to Shi Li.
Her hand unconsciously drifted to her stomach.
'Could I even take it all?'
"What are you thinking about?"
"Are you sure you don't want to try?" Bai Qingye began to coax her.
He clearly didn't sense any real resistance from her.
That meant the matter was negotiable.
'There's a first time for everything.'
'Sharing would suck, but it wasn't completely out of the question.'
Shi Li tilted her head to glance at Bai Qingye, but his scorching gaze seemed to burn her, and she quickly lowered her head again.
"Jen... Jensen, you can stay."
"The rest of you can go." Shi Li finally managed to force out a complete sentence.
